“I want to be fair in this review. The service advisor I worked with was pleasant and professional, and I appreciated that the dealership arranged Lyft rides for me to get home from dropping the car off and back to the dealership from work — that part was genuinely helpful and appreciated.
That said, the overall service experience was frustrating. I dropped my car off at 9:00am on Tuesday, after being told the work would take only a few hours. That timeline stretched into a full day with a phone call discussing a Friday pickup. After expressing how, not okay that time frame was, I was told that instead of be able to pick it up early Thursday afternoon…here I am thought Thursday evening, the service department has closed, and I am currently sitting in the lobby waiting for my car to be released to me.
I was quoted $2,200 for new brakes, rotors, an alignment, and an oil change. After declining an additional $975 in suspension work, I was told the alignment would no longer be completed, despite it already being included in the quote. This was not clearly explained upfront and felt like a moving target. I was told that it was for my benefit and that they were doing it to prevent having to redo it in 6 months— which didn’t make sense considering a car should be getting aligned once a year, and my owner manual calls for an alignment every 6500-10k miles. But regardless, I didn’t want my suspension worked on, and so they denied me the service— fine I’ll take it elsewhere, I’ll actually take all of my business elsewhere. Including purchasing of a new vehicle, which I am actively shopping for.
I don’t know what’s happening behind the scenes in the service department, but the communication, pricing clarity, and timeline management clearly need attention. The people-facing service was decent — the process itself was not.”

“I had an awesome experience at this Dealership. "Andre the Giant" was superb. I genuinely felt like a valued customer and was nothing but elated with my recent car purchase. Julie herself was engaging and made the closing process swift, she has a great vibe and I enjoyed our banter as I signed documents. From the time I entered the building to exiting the property, everything was spot on. Keep up the great work!”

“I didnt end up buying a car at Good Chevrolet, but the service I recived from Carlos Ramos and his sales manager was excellent. They were both respectful of my time and didn't try to have me sit and wait around for arbitrary reasons. I also felt like they weren't trying to employ any high pressure sales tactics. I appreciate the service recieved and wouldn't hesitate to recommend a family member who was looking to buy a new or used vehicle from Good Chevrolet.”
