“I purchased my car from Jwira a few years ago and have continued to bring it back for service ever since. Every time I’m there, he remembers my face and always greets me. I can’t say enough good things about Sue, she is always informative, friendly, and keeps me up-to-date throughout the entire service process. Erica is so friendly as well. I really appreciate how smooth they make the car loaner experience, and the descriptive videos they send after diagnosing your vehicle are incredibly helpful and transparent. I’m already looking forward to purchasing my next Volkswagen there as well.”

“Had some heat to my vechicle another garage said it was a bad water pump and thermostat. Brought it to the dealership and they said they only could find a bad thermostat. They found other issues with my car that had nothing to do with the heat problem like my brakes and brake fluid, air cleaner, spark plugs.Had the thermostat changed and some of the recommended things fixed now I have less heat then when I brought it to the dealership now they say I need a new heater core. What if that doesn’t work do I keep dumping money into the 10 year old car until they get it right. Called the service department and there response was cars are funny things.”

“I took my recently purchased Tiguan (not from Cooley VW… sadly) to have a “driver contact door switch” issue addressed and from first walking in - Sydney, Brian and Kim or Lisa (forgot name) were amazing!!! The mechanics sent a video to go along with them telling me what was wrong with my car, which was wonderful! I will for sure be having all my vehicle work done here on out and advise anyone who values their time money and honesty to do the same. Thanks you guys SO MUCH!!!”

“We purchased our car in 2024 from another local dealer and had been taking it there for regular service. Recently, we experienced some electronic issues that seriously disrupted the normal operation of our vehicle, an issue we considered an emergency. When we contacted our usual dealer, they were not very accommodating and told us it would be four days before they could even look at it.
Looking online, we came across Cooley, and from the moment I called (admittedly quite frazzled), they were incredibly kind and understanding. They allowed us to drop the car off right away, and we provided them with videos showing the problem. We dropped it off on a Saturday, they had it repaired and ready for pickup by Monday.
The entire experience was smooth, professional, and thoughtful. The Cooley team was thorough, communicative, and genuinely caring throughout the process. We’ll definitely be bringing our car to Cooley for all future service needs. Thank you so much Cooley!”
