“I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership, and I feel compelled to share it to prevent others from making the same mistake. When I first visited, the dealership appeared promising—they made several assurances about the quality of their vehicles and their commitment to customer satisfaction. However, those promises quickly unraveled. The cars they offered had multiple issues that became apparent soon after. It was incredibly frustrating to encounter problems that should have been addressed long before these vehicles were put up for sale. A reliable car is the bare minimum expectation, and this dealership failed to deliver even that. Adding to the frustration was the behavior of the staff, particularly Bow, who was exceptionally unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns with courtesy and accountability, their attitude made the entire experience even more unpleasant. Professionalism and respect are critical in any customer-facing business, and this dealership unfortunately missed the mark entirely. The time I spent dealing with this dealership turned out to be a complete waste, and I left feeling utterly dissatisfied. I’ve decided to submit a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau to hold this company accountable for their practices. Buying a car is a significant investment, and customers deserve honesty, professionalism, and quality—not the issues and attitudes I encountered here. I strongly advise potential buyers to do thorough research and proceed with extreme caution if considering this dealership. My experience was nothing short of a disaster, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!”

“Heads up! Long review but so good! During my 52 years of life I’ve always had someone tell me what kind of vehicle that I’m getting. That’s how I got stuck paying on a brand new jeep wrangler 20 years ago for 7 years at $620 per month. (Wasband 😡) Two vehicles ago the car someone got for me and traded me became the biggest piece of junk and just died. I pulled over on the side of the road and manifested. I said out loud: I wonder where my next car will come from. Just then my mom called and asked what I was doing. I told her I was stuck on the side of the road with liquid and wires coming out of my car. She said: Oh Leigh Anne just come get my car “. I said what kind of car? She said a Cadillac of course! My mom loves the finer things in life. (Thanks mom). The car was nearly brand new but never fit my lifestyle. I like a car that has girth to it and call haul all my instruments. The Cadillac has left me stranded in snow too many times. It is rear wheel drive. I told Justin I will not go through another mountain winter having to cancel appointments and getting stuck! Yesterday Justin took the day off work so we could finally look at new flooring for our flooded home and look at cars. We went to one car lot and it just did not have what I felt connected to. We went to Vaughn Motor Sports and walked past the two fancier cars and a salesman came out and Justin had disappeared. I was telling salesman (Skeeter) my mom/car story when Justin said: “Babe you better come see this car”. We walked over and saw Justin inspecting this Subaru everywhere! He said it had so many custom pieces to it and it was very well taken care of. He said I think it was someone's ski car up in Tahoe! After pointing out all the extras this car has Skeeter suggested I drive it. Justin and I got in and his hyperness took over which was giving me anxiety. I asked him if he could just be quiet and still for a few moments so I could drop in and feel what I was doing. For the first time in my life I fell in love with a vehicle. The way it handles, all of the extra features that someone added on and the mileage! Yes 51,000 miles! Plus you may not know this but Justin should have been a mechanic. He knows everything and I mean everything about cars. We met back with Skeeter and Justin told me not to gush over the car. As you know I can’t hide emotions and feelings. I have a very hard time with change. I told Skeeter I really feel connected and love this car. He said bring your car and let’s see what we can do! We ran home got the Cadillac and went back to see Skeeter. I won’t go into the long story of paperwork and such, but I will tell you the staff at this place is beyond amazing! The first deal they presented to me was nothing I could make work. We went over a few things and Skeeter and Beau (owner) went back to work. They presented me with an offer that was amazing and even a higher price for the Cadillac than expected. Also lower interest rate! If you are in #reno and need wonderful service with great people and wonderful cars I hope you will check out Vaughn Motor Sports (Ask for Skeeter) Thank you Mom and Alton for gifting me the Cadillac. Mom I said a prayer over your car and sent you beautiful energy for giving me your car. Justin thank you for listening to what I was really wanting in a car and finding it. Skeeter. Thank you for living from your ♥️ Beau thank you for getting me the financing! Now. What should I name her or him?”

“Update: Within an hour of posting my review, I received a call from the sales manager. He stated he had never received any calls from me and asked what number I called. I provided the number. He verified that the number I called was his cellphone but he never received any calls from me. I mentioned that I texted his phone as well, asking if he would please get me a quote for the tires I asked about when I bought the truck. He said he doesn’t see any request from me so maybe I had been blocked by accident. I told him I would consider changing my review if they would install new lights on my truck (one light is cracked). He said they would, and we agreed on a date and time. When I showed up, there’s was only one employee there, and the sales manager wasn’t present. The employee had no idea I would be coming and said no one was there to install the lights. He said I could leave the truck for a day. I ended up leaving. Original post: I bought a decent 2015 Chevy Silverado from these guys. I learned a long time ago that it's best to buy an extended warranty since you never know how the previous owner treated the vehicle. The sales manager provided proof of maintenance records and that the vehicle is accident free. I purchased the extended warranty along with the vehicle. The truck smelled like smoke, and the dealership fixed the issue within a few days. Once you drive off the lot, it's almost impossible to get ahold of anyone again so beware.”

“These guys were great! I went with my mom to look at a WRX after having a bad experience with a private seller, Skeeter was super friendly and answered any questions I had about the car. We ended up deciding this car was the one for me after a test drive and a bunch of questions. Picked it up today and it was an easy, quick, and painless process.
