My husband and I recently purchased a Ioniq 5 in January 2026 and we had intended just to look and decide later . Our sales consultant, Holly was absolutely knowledgeable and that sold us into buying the car that day. We were looking for a specific color and interior and she found one for us and one week later we drove our new car home. Holly gave us an extensive overview of the car before we took it home and it gave us a better comfort level. We had a few questions a few days later and she was very responsive in answering our questions. She even followed up a week later to make sure everything was going well. Great customer service and wonderful experience. Highly recommend this dealership

For some back story, we bought a Palisade from this dealership just under 2 years ago and we went back to buy a new Santa Fe hybrid. The salesman we initially worked with, Kevin, was great. We like the car and were ready to negotiate a sale because the last I checked that is what you go to a dealership to do. If not just use the buy it now button on the website. When Chris (they said he was a sales manager) showed up the whole thing changed. He walked in put down a piece of paper listing their ‘internet price’ plus tax and an absurd amount of fees. I get it that’s how dealerships work. Then it all changed. My wife asked him how much we can negotiate and he turned to me and said “take it or leave it”. Everything my wife said he would not respond to her at all. Then he told us we need to finance the car because Hyundai has a discount if we do and then to “pay it off right away and get your discount. We have people do this all the time for the discount”. He also said “if you need to be cheap, you can go look at our used inventory”. When I said I don’t want to finance he said “well if you don’t want free money you can go ahead and leave” He then stood up, threw out paperwork on the desk and walked out without another word. I will never be buying from, or even considering buying from, this specific dealership again, and will be calling to speak to the general manager about how he treated my wife tomorrow so that he is aware.

I recently bought a new Santa Fe calligraphy 2025. Patrick and Kevin were phenomenal! They were extremely kinda, Knowledgeable and patient. When I had noticed there was a scratch in my leather there was no hesitation for them to fix it the next day with a smile:) Kevin was extremely tech savvy and helped me the next day trying to figure out all of my new bells and whistles! They gave me a great price on my trade-in as well! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I've bought quite a few cars over the last 45 years - many of them very high-end - but this was, by a wide margin, the best buying experience I've ever had! Everyone at the dealership was wonderful. And Iris, who we worked with... Wow! Absolutely fantastic!

Move on and shop elsewhere. We recently shopped Lithia Hyundai of Reno for a new Tucson Hybrid and were stunned by the blatant dealer markups on the vehicle. The store is still using the old school negotiation tactics and pricing games that many dealers have moved away from. The few people we spoke with were friendly, but the sales manager came across as the stereotypical sleazy salesman. The addendum stickers showed “market adjustments” approaching $10,000 and a total of $16,247 in dealer add-ons over MSRP, and that still did not include tax, license, or doc fees. You read that right: $16,247 over MSRP just in dealer markups. I told them plainly that I would never pay any of those markups. The sales manager’s response was, “Well, we need to make our money.” I explained that they are already paid below MSRP and that is where their commissions come from, and that I would never pay anyone over $16,000 in what is essentially extra commission. At that point it was clear this “stealership” is counting on uninformed buyers to fall for old school pricing tricks. Instead, we bought the Kia version of the exact same vehicle from Dolan Kia for $41,104 before tax and license, saving about $16,968 just by going down the street. The Hyundai Tucson Hybrid and Kia Sportage Hybrid share the same parent company and platform, with nearly identical features; the main differences are in exterior and interior styling. If you are set on a Hyundai Tucson Hybrid, at least check the Hyundai dealer in Carson City. When we looked there, we did not see the same kind of extreme markups or high-pressure nonsense that we experienced at Lithia Hyundai of Reno
