“Went to look at a new Acura adx. My experience was great ONLY because of one person. Miss Alexandria !! Great attitude, she really made our day and made us feel like we were at home. She had an amazing personality. The other young sales lady wasn’t very enthusiastic and didn’t give great vibes. The sales manager was very very pushy but that’s expected as it’s his job to be. He has to push a sense of urgency. In the end even though we decided not to choose Acura . I loved the service from Alexandria”

“After several awful visits with dealerships, walking into Key Acura was a welcome change! We had spoken with Tyler the day before and had a trade in value and a car picked out to test drive. We let Tyler know what time we would be there and he had the car already warmed up and ready to test drive when we arrived. They were friendly, knowledgeable and the price quote they gave me the day prior stayed the same when it came to signing on the dotted line! I can’t say enough positive things about my husband and I’s experience with Key Acura, will definitely work with them again in the future when it’s time to get my husband and new vehicle.”

“Quite literally the worst customer service I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. I have had a crack in my windshield that my car had upon purchase that has extended, and they won’t fix it. I’ve been dealing with this issue for the past 5 months. I’ve been thrown around to a couple different managers that won’t get back to me. It’s always “I’ll get back to you by the end of the day”. And weeks go by till I get frustrated and call again. Hence the 5 months I’ve been dealing with this…customer service is awful. Do not recommend purchasing from a company that is represented in this way.”

“I recently purchased a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander from Key Acura. Initially, I walked away due to the monthly payment being higher than I was comfortable with, but the sales team went above and beyond to make it work. Over the next two days, they continued negotiating with the bank and were ultimately able to secure a significantly better payment. I want to give special recognition to Kitt Ramey (Sales Manager) and Ashley McNiel (Sales Associate) for their professionalism, persistence, and excellent customer service throughout the process.
The reason for my four-star rating, however, relates to the vehicle’s condition upon delivery. Shortly after taking the car home, I noticed a pulsating sensation in the brakes, especially when driving downhill or at highway speeds. To their credit, Kitt and Ashley promptly addressed the issue by replacing the brake pads and resurfacing the rotors.
Unfortunately, I also discovered that both the engine and cabin air filters were heavily contaminated, and the windshield wipers were worn and streaking badly during rain, which affected visibility. While these are relatively minor issues, they should have been identified and corrected prior to delivery.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the vehicle itself and extremely satisfied with the sales team’s dedication and integrity. Despite the initial issues, I plan to return to Key Acura for future purchases because it’s rare to find a dealership team as trustworthy and customer-focused as Kitt and Ashley. I would simply recommend more thorough inspections before finalizing vehicle deliveries.”
