âThis dealership is AMAZING!! Not only do they have a lot of beautiful cars, but the sales team is incredible! Special shout out to a young man named David who helped me get into my dream car! I donât normally like car salesman because I can sense an agenda and theyâre pushy. David was super chill, showed me all kinds of options from different price ranges, and hooked me up with a great deal! I ended up leasing an electric 2025 Ford Mustang Mach E and itâs super fun to drive, way cheaper than a gas car payment plus the cost of gas, and I donât have to worry about maintenance. Iâm STOKED! David did all the paperwork so fast and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. They also took my old car and payed off the remainder of the loan. I donât normally do reviews but felt the need to do this one to show my gratitude! Thanks guys! âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸â

âWe recently purchased an F-150 from Towne Ford in Redwood City. The overall experience was just okay.
The truck was listed online at a lower price, but once we got there, we realized the price included several discounts that didnât apply to us â which made the final cost higher than expected. That kind of pricing can feel misleading, especially since the dealership controls its own website.
We had originally gone in to look at a gray STX model, but it wasnât available the day we visited or the day after when we returned. We ended up going with a red F-150 XLT that weâd already seen on the first visit. It had good features like BlueCruise, but after the purchase, we learned it needed a repair for the radiator air deflector â not a dealbreaker, but we wouldâve appreciated knowing upfront.
Sales pressure was noticeable since it was the end of the month, and while we were able to haggle a bit, it didnât feel like the most relaxed buying environment. Also kicking myself for not knowing about using an EAA membership for a possible discount.
Iâll update this review after the service appointment and once they repair the paint (which they said they would). For now, the buying process itself lands this at three stars â decent, but with room to improve.

After the purchase, we were told the truck would need paint repair for bubbling on the hood. Towne Ford said theyâd take care of it under warranty through Superior Body Shop, but the process has been slow and communication hasnât been great. At one point they said the repair could take up to six weeks â with no loaner vehicle offered â which feels unreasonable for a brand-new truck. Iâm hoping theyâll make things right soon, but so far the service side has been just as frustrating as the buying process.â

âTerrible Service department. Went in for a recall and left with a scratched window on my rear passenger. My vehicle was left there for 4 days when I was told it would take less than a day and half, which I waited on a part for a blinker switch which I could have came back for instead my vehicle being their for 4 days. Terrible communication and worst the recall was never performed as it wasnât needed in my vehicle which I was told by advisor Alex on the 4th day. My vehicle was given back to me dirty with dirt and a scratched window to go along with it. Alex told me not worry they would fix the problem which ended with 3 more visits I was told they canât replace it. One of the worst experience ever and definitely wouldnât recommend leaving your vehicle here in their hands.
You can see the scratch in the reflection of my hand and shutter. Thanks Towne Ford for a terrible experience. They sign you out quicker than they sign you in hoping you leave without the so called walk around after which they hardly do if they do it.â

We worked with David Rocha at Towne Ford to purchase a King Ranch F150. While he was able to get us a decent price, the experience quickly soured after the sale. The vehicle was delivered without being properly cleaned, and when I reached out to schedule a detail and ask a few follow-up questions, David completely disappeared.
During the sales process, he was incredibly responsiveâreplying almost instantly. But once the deal was done, that attentiveness vanished. It says a lot about his integrity and only reinforces the stereotype of salespeople who care until the papers are signed.
Towne Ford is not a dealership Iâll be returning to. The lack of post-sale service and accountability just isnât worth it.â
