βI was able to solve two problems over the phone without waiting, even tracking down a ridiculous made-to-fail piece of plastic, then was handed off to the service team for my last question.
5 stars for the parts team, but 1 star for GM which wants $20 for each of those pieces which are just going to keep failing.β

βi have gone multiple times to get Auto parts here. First they give me wrong parts. then they refund me the wrong amount. they never answer phone and when the do they just leave you on hold for ever.. I'm on hold now goin on 32mnts. maybe its not all of them. i always get the Latino guy.β
