“I just wanna say I’ve had the worst experience with this car dealership I have ever had. Ryan was the worst sales person I have ever met. He would not listen to anything that I say he assaulted me about how horrible our credit was even though I was told that we were preapproved. A manager even says that a bank app approved us. He told me that I was wasting his time because I wouldn’t do what he said. He basically lied to his manager about what he told me. Everything was going great. I told him about our situation about the down payment. He said they would work with us. My husband called and spoke with a manager here and says that we refuse to give our pay stubs which was not true and that we wouldn’t listen to them about what they wanted. Could you believe that I have five different people from the dealership that called me and said several different things to me. I have one told me that they would work with us with our down payments. I had another one told me we didn’t have to put a down payment. It was just so ridiculous. I am happy to say that another Nissan dealership was happy to get us into new car.”
