The customer service here was impeccable. I purchased a brand new Nissan pathfinder! Brittany, Ilene, Julio, and even Daniel gave the best customer service, if you are in need of a car or truck or suv, THESE are the 4 people to see! Don’t see anyone else. Not that I’m saying anyone else is bad… but these 4, in my opinion, are the best

Super disorganized and lacking communication. Purchased our car here and they lost our paperwork and we ended up paying extra fees because of their mistake. Booking service can be a challenge. Finally I decided to get service and made an appointment. We checked in. Only to realize after waiting in the cold for a while, they were only helping people waiting right in front of them. But they have a waiting area and its too narrow to wait inside. The guys behind the service desk don’t bother moving. They were actively helping someone who got there after me. We just left. They are a mess. Then they act clueless. It’s insulting. This isn’t a two buck chuck. Its a large expense and they act like whatever. Disrespectful.

I've had better service at other dealerships with better discounts. What really is disappointing is that they couldn't find the secondary key to my new car. When I reached out to Juan he said he would start the paperwork request and either him or service department would reach out. It's been a month & I'm still waiting...

I purchased a used truck from this dealership. Upon finishing the deal and signing paperwork I was informed as I was about to leave that there was only one key for the car. I understand that a used car does not have to have two keys but it was dishonest to not mention anything till after the deal was done. Legally they are not obligated to do anything, but from a morality standpoint I think some kind of restitution should be made. I talked to a manager who told me I should happy with the deal I got and they can sell me a new key. Cool. The way the only one key situation was sprung on me after the deal was made and signed for says they are negligent or ignorant. Secondly the as said there was floor mats for the car. No floor mats. I took a picture of the ad and discussed it with the same manager and he said that they just copy and paste ads so once again I should be happy with my deal. Don’t trust this dealer. They will do anything to save a buck and will not be reasonable when you bring it up to the. They got their deal and are done with me. The deal I got on the truck was a fair one in my eyes but if I had known that once you make a purchase this dealership will pretend to not know you, I never would have gone through with it.

Took my car for an oil change ended up with a missing car part and unmovable car. Totally regret bringing my car in. Called to let them know about missing part and they denied all wrong doing and won’t even offer a solution. Multi point inspection was done and the technician would have said the part was missing or had been damaged but nothing was noted . Also was supposed to receive a call back from advisor Ruben and never got contacted regarding the situation. I had to call just to get told they won’t do anything about it . Do not go here.
