“I randomly stopped in to see if they could fix my hood release lever. They were able to get me in three days later. I wasn't able to take it in till mid-afternoon so it was kept overnight. Van was ready the next day at noon. Staff was polite and professional. They didn't confirm with me before ordering a second part. Which I didn't realize until after the fact. If I have further dealerships needs, I'll return to House Chrysler of Red Wing.”

“The Service Representative,Steve, really helped me understand what was going on. All my options was explained and I understood 💯 My 2022 Ram was 1. Needed a jump from my insurance company and it initially was actually skipping a cylinder, chunkin. The mechanic ensured that my Ram was fixed and running. I was very happy to get my Ram back and running. The mechanic did a videotape explain everything to me, which I understood and was happy with it...”

“This is the first time I have bought a vehicle from House Ford. I was a little apprehensive, because I have always dealt with another town dealer. I was pleasantly surprised how they treated you and went out of there way to help you, answer questions. Jason in finance was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had.
After I left with the vehicle, the engine check light came on and I was upset because I had driven only a few miles home. I went right back and Izaque, Jason and the service technician was right there helping figure out the problem. The service department manager answered all my questions and treated me with respect. I would recommend House Ford to anyone.

“I bought my vehicle new in 2020 at House Ford. The sale itself went smooth and I had no complaints, but what has really set them apart even more is the way they handle their servicing after the sale is done.
John in servicing has always been SO accommodating to help get my Vehicle in around my busy schedule-even so much as to give me shuttle rides to work when I drop the vehicle off. They have always made room for emergencies such as my low tire today-on a day where they didn’t plan to see me.
Because of the servicing aspect alone, I would buy from House Ford again and again! It has made life so much easier regarding vehicle servicing.
I also trust John and his team. I did not feel I was being taken advantage of with the initial sale of the vehicle in any way, and then in servicing aspect as well. That matters a lot to me is the trust that is there.
I recommend them time and time again when I am asked.”
