“I prefer car shopping online. I had given up on getting a new car after every dealership in my area marked up the price significantly higher than their online prices with so many hidden fees. That wasn’t the case at Carlson Chevrolet. The online prices were in the same neighborhood as the final price. Josiah Davis called me immediately after I inquired by the car I eventually purchased. Besides giving me numbers on several cars that I were interested in, the finance team gave me several options for my lease that allowed me to get extra miles. Finally, having someone on hand like Francisco that owns an EV to go over everything that’s needed to get you setup on owning and living with an EV vehicle. That’s a plus with any dealership. Finally, the price got me to drive 2 and a half hours from Charlotte, but it was the friendly and helpful service from the team at Carlson Chevrolet that will keep me coming back for my future car purchases.”

“I highly recommend this dealership. I believe this was the easiest and quickest car-buying process I have ever had. Everyone was very helpful and they worked with me on the budget I had. The vehicle is amazing (2026 Crew cab Colorado). I live an hour and a half from the dealership and Dolores, our sales lady delivered the vehicle to me that night. “Do not go here. I gave two stars because having normal conversations with the folks there was good. The bad part is that I saw advertising on YouTube and the Carlson Chevy website stating that 2026 Silverado 1500s were having discounts for $15,500 off. I qualified for all the discounts minus the first responder one. I called the dealership to confirm this discounted price and they stated it was true. I go in to look at a particular truck and then get the first sheet and the price did not reflect a $15,500 discount at all. I asked about the advertisement and the word salad began. I decided to try what I could with them and then the next day they call me. I address the false advertisement a little more. Now they state that the discount is for 2.7L Turbomax models only. That was nowhere on the site at all and I mentioned how misleading and false the advertising was. The guy stated that they were “not going to go the extra mile to make that known”. Basically admitting to using false advertisement to bring folks in. I wish I could get my time and gas back. Had I known it was only for the turbomax silverados then I would’ve never called in to confirm nor driven to Red Springs. Folks, do not waste your time with them and go find a dealership that will not BS you like this. I do not care for a reply to this review either. I’m just trying to help others avoid this mess.”
