Just had my first oil change and can’t say enough great things about Susan, and the whole service team!! Had one issue that they quickly fixed for me! 👍👍 way up and love the Preston for life service plan! Highly recommend purchasing and servicing your vehicles with Preston!

A close friend of mine recently had a very disappointing experience at this dealership, and after hearing everything that happened, I felt it was important to share it. They went in to fix their tail lights and were told the parts needed to be ordered. They paid for the parts that day and were told labor would be charged once the work was completed. The next day, the dealership called and said they had only ordered one part and that a module was needed for the blind spot monitor. However, my friend was told on the phone that even without the module, the blinkers would still work — so they agreed to proceed without it. When my friend went to pick up the car, they paid for the labor. Before leaving, they checked the blinkers and saw that they did not work. When they went back inside, they were told the blinkers didn’t work because the module had not been purchased — which directly contradicted what they were told on the phone. My friend then agreed to order the module but asked for proof that the first part had been installed. They were told the technicians had already left. The service manager came out, became defensive, repeatedly said it was an “integrity issue,” and said “we don’t do that here,” while raising his voice. My friend calmly explained they had just paid $1,600 for a tail light that still didn’t work and simply wanted confirmation of the work. The situation escalated due to the manager’s attitude, and my friend left. As soon as they got home, they disputed the charge with American Express. The following day, the dealership called and admitted the technicians never installed the tail light because they did not have the module. They then offered a discount on the module. This means my friend was charged labor for work that was never done. My friend asked for a full refund and said they would go elsewhere. They were told a service advisor would call them back. That was on Thursday. As of today (Tuesday), no one has called. Thankfully, my friend recorded the call where the dealership admitted the work was not completed. A formal dispute has been filed, and further action is being taken. After purchasing multiple vehicles from this dealership in the past, my friend expected honesty and basic respect. Instead, they were treated poorly by both the service manager and advisors. I strongly recommend others stay away from this dealership. This experience shows a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers.

I went to this dealership to fix my tail lights. I was told the parts would need to be ordered and that I would pay for both parts today and labor once the work was completed. I agreed. The next day, I received a call stating they had only ordered one part and that in order for my blind spot monitor to work, I would also need a module. I was told on the phone that even without the module, my blinkers would still work, so I agreed to move forward without it. When I went to pick up my car, I paid for the labor. Instead, I was treated with disrespect by both the service manager and advisors. I will not be returning and will make sure others are aware of my experience.

Preston Ford West is by far the most professional and trustworthy Ford dealership we have ever encountered. Eugene was wonderful in helping our son acquire a new Maverick. We have nothing but praise for the entire transaction. There were some slight delays in delivery, but they made it right by offering a loaner. Their customer service is excellent.

I am super pleased with my purchase weeks ago from Preston Ford West. More specifically the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT! I had left a very detailed expectation for a vehicle and Emmanuel Chukwuma called me back, several times, until we had options that fit my needs. From there the service just got better. I had upgrades added, the service department was prompt, communicated the timing, and ultimately delivered beautifully on the additions (and the front desk smiled and made the transactions effortless). Really, I can't recommend this dealership enough. I have to come back around though to Emmanuel. He was with us from start to finish, even ensuring we had the codes to the car, that we knew how to operate certain features, and he handled our purchase with genuine smiles, a relaxed personality and yet still very able to meet our energy.... he was full of answers, and if he didn't know it, he found out and got back to us quickly. It was EASY, it was a pleasure, really, because he made it so. We are more than satisfied customers, we are genuinely grateful for him. Thank you!
