I had the worst experience ever. I don’t know what had happened but between the service manager and the shop the work quality has gone down. I went in for a full service job and o knew it was time for tires. So I went the day of my appointment, mind you when I booked the appointment I stated I needed tires, so a week later I dropped my car off and they told me that had to order tires cool. They told me my car would be ready Friday. Friday comes my was wasn’t ready nor but the service advisor told me that he had a family emergency and one of his teammates would contact that day when my car was done. Nobody contacted me on Friday. So I take off work Monday 9/22/2025 to go get my car and it’s still not ready. My tires was done but no alignment. So I leave not paying attention to my car because who would think a professional dealership would damage your car. Yep they did. All my wheels were scratched up from them installing my new tires. I called multiple times to speak to someone and could never get a call back. So my next day off from work I goes to them to speak to the service manager Mike. He admitted some damage was done but not all the damage I’m stating. Sir I know my car. He argues me up and down about the problem. He goes to look at the camera and see that some scratches was put on my wheels not one but all four. I’m never going back to this location. So then Mike goes to say I think you should help me pay for some of this. No sir. I just 2900 plus with u all and u want me to pay more some something u guys done. I don’t think so. So now im waiting on a phone call. They didn’t even put the next oil change sticker on the windshield so idk if my oil was changed or not. Smh

I had a great experience with Infinity Auto Service. The staff was professional, friendly, and honest about what my car needed. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. The work was done quickly and my car runs better than ever. I really appreciate their transparency and quality service—definitely a shop I’ll return to and recommend to others!

Wow! I had the best car buying experience I ever had. We came on a Saturday, we were able to walk the lot without being attacked the second we got out of the car ( that alone is huge) Juan was amazing he explained all the features and help me get everything transferred from my old car to the new car and had the patience of a saint. Thank you Juan.This was our first stop, I thought we were just going to look never thought we would be buying. My husband really liked Juan and the sales manager gave him a great deal so we met Naz and he was also amazing. He took his time and went through everything the whole process was so easy,fast,and I have an amazing car Thank you all for making this a great experience!

Devin, Naz and Yuri were very knowledgeable and personable to work with. While we were out enjoying our day, they were working to make a car deal happen. They really went above and beyond. One of the best car buying experiences we have had! Thank you guys!!
