“I purchased a used car from this dealership on 10/31/2025, and it has now been over three months, yet I still have not received my vehicle title! Before and during the purchase, the dealership was fully aware that the vehicle needed to be registered with the NY DMV. Samuel, the salesperson, was very nice and professional, and I appreciated working with him. However, after the sale, the dealership failed to provide any proof, dates, or documentation showing when or if my registration/title was submitted. There is also no record in the NY DMV system. The lack of transparency and follow-up on such a critical legal requirement is unacceptable. I don’t know who I should contact. I hope this problem can be resolved ASAP.”
