“I was referred by my co-worker Ericka M who recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from Sands and worked with Jimmy Mack. We both had Jeep Wranglers from previous dealerships that we both were dissatisfied with the customer service and service centers. I traded mine in and purchased a truck from a different dealership. I had given up on Jeep due to my bad experience with that dealership. However, after much discussion with my friend and her telling me how well her salesman, Jimmy Mack had treated her and how well the Service Department was , I decided to treat myself to purchase another Jeep. My friend immediately called Jimmy Mack and by the next weekend I was purchasing a 2024 Jeep Willy’s Wrangler. I’m very happy with the Sales Team and look forward to a positive relationship. Thank you Sands Jeep / Chrysler for bringing me back into the Jeep family .

“Great experience purchasing our new Jeep Grand Cherokee at Sands! Everything was thoroughly explained, the whole process was awesome! Our sales person, Emily was super helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of! She even took the photo!”

“Very disappointed, had to take my jeep here twice for the same problem, which was not shifting into gears. First time, said it was due to the battery, changed the battery (dealership did not do), did on my own. Jeep still not going into gear. Took it back, they had it for a day said they drove it, and was driving fine, was told even the service manger drove it and didn't know what i was talking about, had my son go in and test drive my jeep with them, then knew what inwas talking about, it's the transmission. Had transmission replaced. When I dropped it off my exhaust had a hole in and jeep was a little loud, when I got my jeep back it was 10x louder. Not one person called and said to me my exhaust was worse and if I wanted them to fix it, nor gave me a heads up. Found out when I started my jeep, went in and asked the manager why it's louder, he said, they "tried" to not make it worse when replacing my transmission. After looking underneath they did not "try" very hard. Manager seem to not care one bit. 1st picture is what my exhaust looked like when I dropped it off to them, 2nd picture is how it was when I picked it up.”

“We travelled over 3 hours one way with 4 kids to make our purchase! It was well worth it. We worked with Emily and she made the process so easy. She was with us every step of the way. I was nervous to commit to a vehicle being so far away but she sent me pictures and videos that eased my mind. It was even more beautiful in person than I could have imagined. By the time we arrived she had the paperwork ready and we were in our new ride before we knew it! Do yourself a favor and reach out to Emily if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Near or far she can make it happen.”
