“I had a great experience at Gateway Kia. My salesperson, Josh, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the Kia lineup. He made the entire process easy. Mike, the manager, was also helpful during negotiations and helped me get a solid deal on a new 2025 Kia Niro. I highly recommend working with Josh and Mike if you want a straightforward and professional car buying process.
And shoutout to the finance manager, Karen. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She made the paperwork process SO quick compared to the usual experiences I’ve had at other dealerships.”

“Update: I was personally contacted by Drew Pearlman, the owner of the dealership. He was very kind and apologetic about the issue, and how his service manager handled the situation. He said that accountability will be sought for the tech that performed and signed off on the work as well as the service manager. I did feel like he cared and was upset with the poor performance of his employees, which made me feel like my safety concerns were taken seriously. Drew definitely seems like he takes negative feedback as a way to see how he can, not only help and do right by the customer, but use it to improve his business as well.

Originally very happy with our purchase of a certified 2024 Kia Telluride. The saleswoman, Alana, was great, very friendly, and made the buying process easy. On the way home, things turned for the worse. We felt a shake in the steering wheel. Not a big deal, I am a shop supervisor myself and know dealerships usually don’t balance wheels well, so I figured that’s all it was. Took the car in for a wheel rebalance at a third party shop, and the technician noted that one lug nut on each wheel was over torqued and the other four on each wheel could be taken off just by reaching in and turning them with three fingers. The point is, the wheels were NOT properly secured to the vehicle, putting the lives of my family and I in danger. As someone who purchased this vehicle so that my pregnant wife and I have room for our soon to be born twins, and our daughter, I was extremely unhappy to say the least. I wanted to speak with the service manager when we went in to pick up our second key, and even had a printout of the work order with documentation of the wheels being loose. I felt completely brushed off and disregarded. He stated how he’s happy nothing happened but there’s no way to hold any sort of accountability and they probably came loose moving the vehicle in the parking lot. This was very alarming, as lug nuts aren’t supposed to loosen by driving, and manufacturers have torque specifications so that parts don’t become loose. I would not trust work done by the mechanics/technicians at this dealership, and left knowing their service manager doesn’t care. We will not be returning.”

“Absolutely great. I was more than pleased by the salesman and people that greeted me. As the last kia dealer never came out to help me. So ill definitely buy from Gateway kia again and recommend that others do as well.
Im super pleased. It was great and I got the pretty blue that I love.”

“We have been buying our cars from them since 2016 and never had a problem. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. We recommended them to family and now they are lifelong buyers also. Any time we have questions about our cars they are there to help and get answers. The finance department worked with us to get the best deal and rates. Highly recommend them! Luis our salesman is awesome!”
