“My best friend needed a new car and she has an extremely busy and active lifestyle, a large family, and rarely does much for herself. We strolled up here to look at some cars, and I expected to deal with a salesperson. Instead, we got Sera. First, the instant relief of dealing with a woman is real when cars involved so that was great. But Sera is the real star here - she listened to every single detail of my bff’s life and found her a DIAMOND in her price range, with every feature and then some. She made this work and spent so much effort and time on us. She answered my every annoying question, and never once made us feel pressured. Quite honestly, by the time we left, we felt like friends. And most importantly, we always felt like people. Not a sale, or check, or a quota figure. I have a nice Subaru that I love, but when it’s time for her to retire, I will come looking to deal with Sera again and again (hopefully!). 2000000/10 for Sera 🫶🏻”

“Nathan at Puyallup Toyota has been incredibly helpful, informative, and patient throughout my process of getting into a 2026 Toyota Tacoma. As a first-time truck buyer and an active-duty Soldier recently PCS’d to JBLM, I had a lot of questions about financing, leasing versus buying, and staying within a realistic monthly budget—and Nathan took the time to walk me through every step without any pressure. It’s been a genuinely fascinating and smooth experience doing business with someone who’s professional, transparent, and willing to make sure I understood all my options before making a decision. I truly appreciate the level of service and support I received from the team.”

“Thank you to Adrianna, Christian, and Julian for a great experience! It was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle and the whole team made it easy and quick. Everyone was organized, nice, and very willing to answer all of my questions. I love my 2026 Corolla Cross LE and I'll be sure to recommend Toyota of Puyallup to my friends! And shout out especially to the Chargers fans at the dealership. Bolt up!”

“Mil-to-mil family with a baby. Walked in knowing which car we wanted with checkbook ready to pay cash. No less than 18 staff on the floor. We were assured the whole process would take 2 hours to get us out the door. Hours after committing to buy, I'm still sitting in the lobby wishing I had walked away. Most staff have clocked out and I'm still sitting here waiting. Several times we were assured we would be seen imminently. As soon as I committed to buy we were clearly no longer a priority. My wife is furious. My baby is screaming. Do not buy a car here if you have any self respect. They do not value your time. EDIT: I will add that my salesman, Casey, did stay with us and apologize for the wait. If it was me, I would have led off with the fact that the finance dept was shorthanded and encouraged the family to be ready to leave and come back with food or formula since the wait time was twice wait was initially promised. Car has been great so far.”

“My family had a really great experience at Toyota puyallup. Especially with the help of chad lackey! It was a smooth process. Chad was so accommodating, and transparent with us. In the past Being at a dealership trying to get a new vehicle was always a struggle since all my experience at mercedes, gmc and honda felt like they just want to make a sale. Chad gave us whole different experience! We had lengthy conversations like we are family, he made us feel comfortable. He gave us options, worked with our budget and most importantly he wasn't PUSHY! Chad lackey is an adept salesperson! My family highly recommend him. and to Matthew ( finance ) thank you so much for accommodating and working with us. We will definitely go back to toyota puyallup when i get another vehicle! For now we are so happy with our 2026 toyota 1794 tundra!”
