“I have to say this might be the best experience I've had at a legacy dealership in a long time. Funny enough, the last great dealership experience I had was also at a Nissan dealership on the East Coast. I originally reached out because some of my old team from Polished Image in Fife started working here, and if they trusted this place, I knew I could too. Both Alex Reems and Adam Aguillon are great guys, and you’re lucky to have them. Alex connected me with Jesse Abram to look at the Nissan Z, and Jesse made the whole process incredibly smooth. He answered all my questions about the trade-in, helped me get everything squared away before I even arrived, and then took the time to show me around since it was my first visit to the dealership. It made the whole experience seamless. I also want to shout out the finance team. I forgot the gentleman’s name, but I told him about a bad experience I had at another dealership, and he made sure to walk me through every piece of paperwork clearly so I understood everything.
