“First time buyer at Vachon. I was looking for an SUV with AWD and reached out to my dealer in Rhode Island to find out the salesman I have been either leasing or buying vehicles from joined the Vachon Team. The Salesman, Gino reached out to me and made the process super easy as I wanted GMC Terrain Blackout edition. I do not live close by, I live in Fall River, MA. We did everything online so when I went to the dealer it was just a simple delivery of the new vehicle. Gino is a great sales man and I have been getting cars from him since 2011. The finance dept was also great to deal with and no pressure to buy “extras” I highly recommend Vachon GMC”

“This is the third time at this dealer and everytime it takes 2-3 days to get parts. This was actually a return visit from the second time because it took so long to get the part so they already had it. and they needed another part just a hose and they had the vehicle from Tuesday 7 am until Friday 4 pm they called it was done. I also paid on the second visit for the things that weren’t covered (oil change ect) and then when the part did come in for warranty work. They charged me again even after I said I paid. They said no way it would be. A closed work order. I had to find my bank charges and go back in to get my credit.”
