“Purchased a 2024 Toyota Tacoma on the 29 August. Cedric was my sales associate, my overall experience was good. My only complaints would be first my truck is still listed for sale on their website even after contacting them in November really!! My only other complaint would be to pressure sell non necessary options. For instance window tint,the truck was used and when I inspected the truck I could tell the previous owner had the windows tinted. My suspensions were correct when I opened the glove box the receipt and warranty paper work were in the glove box. The other thing is Auto Buttler. The truck was originally purchased from this dealership,so why would you try to sell Auto Buttler to the new owner 🤔 why not just transfer it. Again Cedric was awesome would recommend him if you were purchasing a vehicle.”

We drove almost 4 hours from Gainesville to Punta Gorda to buy our truck, even though we have a Gettel dealer in Gainesville, that dealer is really bad, lack of communication no call backs. I am so glad ,and I will tell my friends and family to go and purchase there car from Gettel dealership in Punta Gorda they are more then a dealer they are Family.
