“I can't say enough about my home girl, Mary Roberts, it was nice to go to a place of business and find someone with a lot of similarities. We were from the same, state went to the same school, just had a lot in common, that just made me feel at ease. I don't like going to dealerships. I have had some very bad experiences. But this by far was the best. My husband like the commercial that said "Don't tell me what you can't do just tell me what you can. So we took the trip and met wonderful people, Craig the finance guy. Everyone was so friendly and kind. We found a car at one of their other locations and they were able to transport the car to us, get it expection ready and met all my expectations. I am very happy with my new used car; it is the car of my dreams. I was delighted at the service I received, and they all worked together to get the job done. With absolutely no stress on my end. Thank you, Mary and Craig, Cody and I appreciate all that you did for us and please thank the service department for all they did to get the car ready. I am a happy camper.”

“Our last 4 vehicles all came from Crossroads Ford. Their sales people are top notch - especially Happy Harry Turner. And their service department is excellent - providing timely service when needed and even coming to our home to pick up our vehicle for servicing and returning it - which is extremely helpful for me. My husband is confined to a wheelchair and by having them pick up our vehicle for service and return it to me, I don't have to leave my husband alone for hours at a time. A true convenience for us and much appreciated. Everyone in every department is courteous, considerate, and thoughtful. We would not deal with any other car dealer.”

“Got another letter from "Happy" Harry Turner, despite my specific review and request to be removed from the mailing list, so y'all get another 1 star! Clearly my specific information has been leaked to this individual as my lawyer's name is referenced! I fired Stephen after the first letter. This dealership is specifically using predatory practices + blatant harassment to continue attempting car sales to bankrupted individuals. Truly a disgusting and unnecessary practice if you actually know how to sell cars and reach out to individuals who are looking. Hope this helps others make better decisions about who to shop for cars with!”
