“Just took delivery of my ford bronco sport and while I love the car, the service from the sales team, especially Dakota is top notch. I’m busy, and not once did she make me feel locked in the building like some dealerships. She helped me via text and phone while I came and went. She also advocated for some services to the vehicle prior to delivery that I wanted to 10/10 she’s WONDERFUL.”

“I took my truck in over the weekend for an oil change. I dealt with Chuck (service advisor) and he went out of his way to make sure my oil change got done in a timely manner. “I brought my truck in for several issues, and during the service I really appreciated the technician’s “in-service” video that clearly showed what was being done and pointed out other needed repairs. That level of transparency builds a lot of trust. When I got the truck back, I had a couple of concerns that I felt weren’t properly addressed. I’ve got to say—they immediately stepped up and backed their workmanship. Some of the issues were simple oversight, some were miscommunication, and some were just the reality of how complex today’s Ford engineering can be, even for seasoned techs. What matters is that they made everything right quickly and without any hassle, which speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I’ll also add that I’ve always been hesitant to take my vehicles to a dealership because of the perception of higher prices. But in this case, I had the repairs quoted several times at an independent shop—and the dealership actually came in lower, including a new set of tires. All in all: great service, honest communication, and fair pricing. I won’t hesitate to bring my Ford back here.”

“We came in looking for a brand new 2025 Explorer trying to get out of our current lease. We’ve only had for three months every other dealership Couldn’t help us but as soon as we stepped into John Kennedy Ford in Pottstown, they immediately were so kind and we’re able to get us into our brand new vapor blue 2025 Ford Explorer ST line. Nick Coursey did not stop fighting to get us a good deal with so much rollover from our prior lease! We are so grateful and will be forever customers. Thank you Nick!”

“Stacey was great! I did an email inquiry the night before and got all set up for the next morning at 9am. Did a test drive and sat down in the office and discussed numbers. Tommy and stacey worked it out to a great deal for me and john wrote it all up. Everyone was professional and helpful. Dont let negative reviews stray you away from coming to this dealership. Just go talk with them. They are really down to earth and friendly. Of course they want to get you in a vehicle, but they want to get you in the right vehicle at a price that works for you! I've always disliked the task of going to a dealership and purchasing a new vehicle. But these guys were great, and the customer treatment was genuine. You get what you give. This team gave great customer service so they get 5 stars in my book. Thank you so much for assisting in the purchase of my "new to me" 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 lt z71. I am finally in a vehicle that I always wanted.”
