“DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE TO GET SERVICED. I originally brought my Jeep in to get a couple things fixed. I knew it would be more expensive at a dealer but I was willing to pay because I figured they would be better at working on Jeeps than another shop. They kept my car for over a week and I had to call them for them to let me know they were done with it. Then a couple weeks later I was having more issues. Since I spent $2,500 to get my car fixed, I took it back to them. They couldn’t diagnose the problem after having my car for a week. In the process they accidentally broke the handle that lays the back seat down. I was annoyed, but things happen. They told me they’d fix it at no cost and that they’d call me when the part got in so I could swing by and get it fixed. About a week later I got a voicemail saying the part would be there the following week, but they didn’t tell me when. I called them on Thursday to find out they had the part the whole week. And they said they couldn’t fix it until the following Wednesday. I told them they needed to get it done earlier because THEY were the ones that broke it. They said I could bring my car in on Saturday and they’d fix it. So I did. But they called me on Saturday saying it wouldn’t get done. I called on Monday, and it still wasn’t done. **They broke this part on February 12 and didn’t get it fixed until March 3.** I don’t know if they need to fire the technicians who don’t show up to work or the management who doesn’t know how to run the place, but THIS PLACE SUCKS. Some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Period.”

“Hey guys. If you are reading this review you’ve obviously found a vehicle you are interested in and now you are looking into the dealership (at least that’s what I did) wondering if they are good. Let me tell you my story a bit. I have a credit score over 800 and I went to look at a truck from Wilsonville Toyota. They tried hitting me with a 13% interest on a truck when I was putting 10k down and have been in the same job for 14 years. I laughed a bit at them and needless to say I won’t go back. Now to get to TimeCDJR. I found a truck I liked and went in for a test drive. My salesman was Ethan and I worked with a man named Michael as well these 2 are top notch guys. The communication was ABOVE AND BEYOND! They are down to earth guys and aren’t the scummy “car salesman” types. Ethan and I clicked and shared very similiar stories. They worked with me while waiting for an insurance check and made the car purchasing easy. I did have a problem with the truck (not their fault at all) and within 1minute of putting in a service request I received a text from Ethan making sure everything was ok. Told him what was up and they are getting it checked out. I will be buying my cars from here moving forward and Time CDJR… Ethan is a great guy and I will purchase my cars from him exclusively at this dealership.
