They have had multiple of our vehicles for a 48hr triage and will consistently get back to me with a solution or diagnosis within 24hr. Very good work from the techs!”

“If I could give 10 stars to Northside Ford, I absolutely would.
Dane was an absolute legend. I walked in fully prepared for the classic “dealership experience” and instead got zero pressure, zero weird energy, and zero nonsense. Just straight talk, respect, and good vibes the entire time. He guided me through everything without making me feel rushed or uncomfortable once.
Test drive? Smooth. No awkward hovering. No interrogation. Just a chill drive where he even complimented a questionable U-turn I pulled off. That alone deserves recognition.
When it came to numbers, we went back and forth like two normal humans instead of playing mind games. We worked out a deal that felt fair on both sides and I left genuinely excited about the purchase. That almost never happens at dealerships.
Tyler, the manager, was also straightforward and respectful in the brief time we spoke. Solid crew all around.
This review is strictly about the sales experience. I cannot speak on the service department.
All I’m saying is… give Dane a raise! 3 big booms. W energy. If every dealership operated like this, the stereotype would be dead.”

“I purchased a 2016 Ford F150 on December 10, 2025. I did not take the truck home the same day because it had a front pinion seal leak that needed to be addressed. I brought the truck home December 13, 2025 and on my way home I noticed the moonroof was not seated properly because I could see daylight out of it. I took it to a nearby Ford dealership and they stated the track on the moonroof is broken and needed repaired to close properly. Unfortunately, the repair costs around 5,000 and they stated the front pinion seal is still leaking. I left a message with the sales manager but never received a response. I did get in contact with Tyler Orth who sold me the warranty on 12/24/25. He was very helpful and said he would have a resolution by the beginning of the following week after he spoke with the owner of Northside Ford. I have not received any response since 12/24/25. I have emailed and left multiple voicemails. This is my son's first car and was hoping to get these known issues addressed in a timely manner. Lack of communication seems to be a reoccurring theme at Northside ford. I don't understand how this is acceptable. Any response would be greatly appreciated.”

“I was recently in the market to replace my sports car with something a bit more family friendly. Ford's weren't even really on my radar to consider at first, but after researching on the Bronco Sport, I was considering them. It was hard... I loved that car.... Which made it hard for me to put too much effort into looking, as normally, car dealers can smell blood if you're swimming anywhere close, and harass you non stop after inquiring about something. I didn't get that one bit with Garrett here at Northside Ford. If anything, I was probably a pain in his a$$, though he's too nice of a guy to admit that.
Garrett was recommended to me by a friend that had recently bought a new truck from Northside a month ago. I'm glad he was! He was super helpful. Very responsive when I had dumb questions. And he didn't make me feel like crap when he revealed that I kinda got took when I had leased my other car. He definitely went out of his way, and I'm sure it was a team effort of all the people at Northside, to get me a deal that'd work financially for me.
Keep in mind, this dealership primarily focuses on commercial sales, where tradesmen don't care too much about fancy amenities in their dealership. They want to get in, buy their truck, and get back out to the job site. You're not going to find massage chairs, pretty gas fire places, or anything like that here. But the no nonsense sales crew at Northside is worth it. After getting credit checks ran ahead of time, we were in and out within a couple of hours.
Thanks a bunch to the crew at Northside Ford for my new Bronco Sport.”

“I do not recommend being late to your appointment. However I did manage to do this (Traffic) Colton came through anyway I had managed to mis when a tech was available for an alignment by being late but the fabrication tech Curtis took on the job of aligning my now lowered Maverick I was impressed at how the team pulled together to help me out on this one, even still got my oil change completed. Good stuff”
