“Big shoutout to Mike McClure at Courtesy Ford Lincoln. I reached out weeks before I was ready to buy and was upfront about my timeline. Mike respected that from day one. He kept me in the loop on inventory, adjusted when my schedule got hectic, and never once made it feel like a pressure play. Just consistent, low-key follow-ups that kept things moving without pushing.
When we came into the dealership, Mike matched our energy perfectly. He was pleasant, easy to talk to, and read the room well. I work in sales myself, so I notice when someone knows how to meet people where they are instead of running a script, and Mike nailed that. By the time we were ready to move forward he already had the finance process rolling so everything was seamless. No games, no gimmicks, just someone who genuinely made the experience better. If you're shopping at Courtesy Lincoln, ask for Mike.”

“I rarely write reviews, but our experience at Courtesy Ford was so exceptional that I had to share. From start to finish, this dealership proved that honest, straightforward car buying still exists.
Scott was our salesperson, and he set the tone for the entire experience. Zero pressure, zero gimmicks, zero of the typical dealership nonsense you brace yourself for. Just genuine conversation, honest answers, and a clear commitment to helping us find the right vehicle—not just making a sale.
What impressed us most was the integrity. Every promise made was a promise kept. The team’s professionalism wasn’t just surface-level; it was backed by action. They respected our time, our budget, and our intelligence as buyers. Scott listened to what we actually wanted and worked with us to make it happen.
The result? We drove away in our dream truck, and the pride we feel in that purchase is matched only by our respect for the team that made it possible. This is how car buying should be—transparent, respectful, and focused on building relationships rather than just closing deals.
Would I do business with Courtesy Ford again? Absolutely, without hesitation. 10/10. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and ask for Scott. You won’t regret it.
Thank you, Courtesy Ford, for restoring our faith in the car buying experience!”

“From emails, texts, sales and finance Courtesy Lincoln was our best car buying experience we have ever had.
Special Thanks to Christian, Travis and Will. These good folks made the whole time a breeze. I never felt pressure or worried I was not getting great value.

“Purchased a USED Ford vehicle 4 weeks ago for my daughter.the salesman promised to have the car detailed and go through on 100+ point inspection. Also promised to fix everything that’s not working on the car before I would take it. After two days in the shop, they called me back ,after spending 3 1/2 hours in the waiting room For the finance guy to get the papers done It turns out the car still has multiple things out of order and has not seen any cleaning/detailing. Sales person promised to have the car back in within a few days and take care of everything. At this point he also let us know that the car had a minor accident prior to them selling it, which is why the front fender/bumper is slightly loose and he has to order parts before they reschedule the car. Two weeks passed by and the only phone call I’ve got is was from the finance guy saying that he could not push through the deal with the bank in the first place and so I have to go back to re-sign papers with another bank again about a week and a half -two weeks down the road… when I went back in person and complained that nothing is happening The sales person and assistant manager was telling me that it’s an older car (2017 ) and they still in the process of ordering the parts…besides the shop forman is out on vacation for 2 to 3 weeks. (and apparently there’s no other person works in their shop. )Waited about another week before I called again this time I got to talk to the sales manager -WonderBurger, who was able to start my process and get me in the schedule within two days. As I was explaining my disappointment to him he did not show any regret or sorry -Basically completely ignored that it was a very painful car purchasing experience ,with their employees lying and hiding things for/ from us. In the last chapter, when I took the car back to the shop, I asked additionally the shop forman to order three or four bolts/fasteners to secure the front bumper that they have installed partially and was loose. When I went to grab the car, I found it on my paperwork that the manager did not allow for the guys to order the fasteners for seven dollars and put them in in within three minutes to compensate the lousy workmanship, the shaky bumper issue or my pain and expense going up to the dealership several times ! on my way home I stopped at Landmark Ford and ordered the fasteners, and I have already installed them and secured my front bumper on my driveway. Also, the car was never detailed or cleaned as promised, which I ended up taking care of on my own. This was one of the worst car buying processes I have ever had, I did purchase a truck previously from the company, but I will make sure that I will never go to courtesy Ford again for anything.
You guys are officially part of the famous 82nd Ave. car sales group!👎🏻
3 weeks later…Btw-as the first rain arrived the car had major leak issues, that required two weeksin a shop & $1000 to fix!!! Ben, the VERY DISHONEST SALES person said the car is not leaking, they just left the sunroof open….karma will catch you guys!”
