“Went in one night to look at a used Subaru Ascent. Reece greeted us & promptly showed us the vehicle. He was even kind enough to pull the vehicle up & keep it running since it was below 20⁰ outside. We came back the next day asking to look at one with less miles on it. We test drove & looked over the vehicle for quite some time. We asked for an additional test drive to let our mechanic look over it after wanting to purchase the vehicle. Reece started the pre approval process for us while we did this. Overall, this was the best car buying experience i have had in my entire life. Reece was not only extremely professional, he WAS NOT pushy in any way. All the other workers we encountered were also extremely professional & kind. If we ever go to buy another Subaru, or used vehicle they may have in stock, I would 100000% go back to this location to do so. An added bonus to this location? They have a play area for kids to play! They were even kind enough to allow my son to take Stitch with us on our test drives!”
