“I went to look at the newer model of my jeep. They come back with a low trade offer when I can sell my car on Facebook marketplace for more. Even the Kelly blue book offer was thousands higher than what they wanted to give me for my car. We told them the price they gave wasn’t going to work. They advertise the new car I wanted at 44,800 but really it’s 53k. They wouldn’t budge or help negotiate at all. They were set on the price they gave me for my car from the jump. They wouldn’t budge on their price they said maybe they’d give an extra thousand at most but that’s it. And they wouldn’t come off of the price of the 2025 considering 2026 is right around the corner they could’ve did better on the price of the car. They don’t seem very interested in keeping business or wanting business. Seems like they are more of a scam more than anything that’s the kind of dealerships you want to watch out for the ones that will try and screw you.”
