He was very kind, attentive, straight to the point and beyond amazingly quick, I was in and out within three minutes! “I’ve never received such amazing service before. I bought my 2025 atlas from this location back in April of 2025. I had spoke with Cole Alden for weeks trying to get the best deal and the car I want and he made it happen. He gave me his personal number to contact him if I had any issues or problems. Flash forward to this past Saturday 12/6. My car wouldn’t unlock bc the battery was dead. He walked me thru how to get in my car & charge the battery enough to take it to auto zone. I ended up having to get a new battery. So I got it towed to this dealership. It was dropped off on Sunday 12/7 and Monday morning I was already being contacted by the service department. Michal Waksmundzki immediately contacted me and telling me they’re diagnosing and working on my car. By 3pm my car was ready. I went there today 12/9 to pick up my car. My car was cleaned and ready. I was free of charge because it was under warranty. (I’ve had experiences where they something is under warranty but it’s a total lie and having to pay for it right there & then.) I’m not sure who I spoke to at the service desk but He was so respectful and kind. Walked me to my car and got the door for me. I know most car dealerships are sharks and tell you false promises. But truly Cole, Michal and the other guy were truly the greatest salesmen & gentlemen I’ve ever met. I would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to come to Norm Reeves Volkswagen. Thank you so so so so much to everyone there. I would definitely suggest they all get a raise!”
