Van horn sticks behind their good reputation and will make things right with the customer. Thanks again for making things right and would recommend them for a car purchase. 2-13-26 Salesman made it sound like the 2022 Ram I purchased came with oil changes for life, Zurich Shield Elite Plus, and a second replacement key were included in the price of the truck. I was just shown what the payment would be before I sat down with financing. The truck already had the Zurich Shield applied, truck detailed, and keys in my hand before I sat down with financing. Why would I agree to a product before I knew what it costed? When going thru financing I brought it up multiple times about those things being included for free from the way the salesman made it sound. Not one person told me that I was paying a set price for the Zurich Shield Elite Plus. I was not asked if I wanted to have my paperwork printed out to review and sign during the finance process, so all forms I signed were electronically signed which I had to resign each document multiple times because they were having issues with the computer. I never got a printed sales document from them so I had to print them out from emails they sent me which is when I discovered that I was charged for the Zurich Shield. Once I discovered this I contacted Van Horn and talked to the salesman and told them I was not made aware that I was being charged for the Zurich Shield. He told me I can not be refunded for the product because it had already been applied, I then talked to finance manger that said he would look into it and call me the next day then never called me back, then I left a message with the general manager and never got a call back, finally got a call from a different finance manager that left a unprofessional message basically saying that they are sorry things were not explained properly and they will try to do better in the future. That does not help me with the money I am out because business was not conducted properly.”
