“I really appreciate victoria honda professionalism throughout the process. However, I felt the quotation and negotiation process very frustrating. Each discussion felt like it restarted from zero, including the re-introduction of add-ons that I had already declined. These should be clearly optional and not positioned as standard, as it creates unnecessary pressure and wastes customers’ time. I understand that negotiation is part of the sales process, but not honoring previously discussed terms undermines trust and risks losing customers. Based on this experience, I would rethink before refering others unless customers are strong neogotion. I am glad that I was ultimately able to purchase the vehicle I wanted. However in my opinion, a better balance between sales objectives and honoring commitments would significantly improve customer satisfaction.”

“Mitch, Such a great guy helped my girlfriend buy a brand new Ridgeline!!! I let him know I was looking for a stick shift; he said he’d keep an eye out. Shortly after, he shot me a text with a wonderful deal. Now I sit happily in a 10th Gen SI. Thank you, Victory Honda, and huge thanks to Mitch. Highly recommend.”

“Jim Raglow is the man! Very professional but also personable and understanding. Very willing to work with you on budget and make adjustments to make sure both parties get a good deal. One of the first dealerships I’ve been to where I didn’t feel like I got screwed over. This is the guy and everyone else there is also very nice and easy to talk to. Don’t hesitate to give them your business and tell them exactly what you want.”

“I drive a 2020 HRV, so was quite surprised when every trouble indicator lit up my dashboard. My amazing service rep, Maureen Kelly, happened to be off when I called so I was given to Bob Tiplady. He said come in now, which we did. He called in a little while to say all trouble lights were indicating low voltage so I needed a new battery. He quoted a price around $500, which included $89 for installation. My husband’s reaction was shock. Be mindful he’s always bought after market batteries and installed them himself. What neither of us thought was we’re dealing with “smart” cars now and it takes more to install than just attaching two cables. Bob Tiplady did find out what an after market battery would cost, which was $25-50 more than Honda. But then my husband wouldn’t be able to reprogram the onboard computer! We both finally understood the cost of diagnostics, product and installation to reflect the modern car, as opposed to pre-1990’s cars. When I picked up my car, my total had been significantly reduced by Bob! Thank you Bob for your customer care that was above the expected. Thank you Honda for your great product and employees to support the product.Judy and Marty Slabey”

“Review edited: i did leave a 5 star review but we were sold an SUV with a cracked windshield and was told the dealership would cover it when the car was dropped off for detailing got a call the next day and they say we have to pay for it even after making a $15,000 downpayment. We were also told a rental would be provided my wife left work to drop the car off and her co-worker had to pick her up from the dealership. Eventually a car was provided.”
