Aaron was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions without any pressure and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We genuinely appreciated how patient and kind he was throughout the process.
Although we ultimately decided to purchase a different vehicle, we had such a positive experience and are very grateful for Aaron's help. Highly recommend working with him!”

“I had a great experience at East Bay BMW today. I came in for an oil change and to address some paint marks on the front bumper. Everardo Diaz was very welcoming, took the time to listen to my concerns, and handled everything professionally. The work was done perfectly, and I truly appreciated his attention to detail. “My car’s drivetrain malfunction came on last night and my drive to work this morning was not fun - barely any power.
I usually go to BMW in Concord, but since I work in Pleasanton I decided to call them and get some advice.
I was greeted by an extremely friendly gentleman, Anthony D’Amore. I was shocked at how pleasant and courteous he was. I was having a really rough start to my day and as soon as I was on the phone with him he made it better because he comforted and accommodated me and provided me with a great plan for resolution.
I was then treated equally as great by Jason Webb. He explained everything thoroughly and in a gentle manner where it put me as ease again.
I’m updating my review to include Jesse Martinez who was the technician for my vehicle and provided a very clear and easy to understand 360 inspection of my vehicle. I’ve had other videos where it’s been hard to follow or understand so I’m glad Jesse was able to convey the message to me with so much clarity but also detail.
Honestly, this has been the best experience I’ve had at a dealership/service appointment and I’m grateful for them.
