“I had the absolute best experience at CarMax thanks to Jason and Nouran! From the moment I walked in, they made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable.
Jason was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and transparent throughout the whole process. He answered every question clearly, never pressured me, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. You can tell he truly cares about helping customers, not just making a sale.
Nouran was equally amazing — professional, friendly, and extremely helpful with all the paperwork and details. She made everything simple and efficient, explaining each step so there were no surprises.

“We have been helping my mom purchase a car because it is supposed to be a stress free haggle free experience. She bought a really nice luxury car with low miles (12,000). As you can imagine the price of the vehicle is based on the milage. So she paid a premium price, got a warranty, and had to get gap insurance. All things that cost more money. Now, we have uncovered with a few simple phone calls (that they should have been able to figure out) that the car has over 40,000 miles. Now, we are getting the run around about what they "can do about it." We were supposed to have an answer on Monday and now it is Thursday and nothing and they won't give her any details. they just say that they are working on it. All of this was discovered because the mic didn't work and she went to the acura dealer to get it worked on. Carmax didn't want her to go to the dealer to see what was wrong. they acted really weird about it. Anyway at the dealer, they looked up previous service records and found different milage recorded. This is all disappointing since you trust in the marketing of these companies and then something like this happens. They need to resolve this and do right by the buyer. We are very disappointed and disgusted with the experience.”

“I sold my sister's car at the Pleasant Hill location and even though we were late for the appointment, they did their best to fit us in promptly. The gentleman I dealt with was efficient, kind and capable. I was given an online estimate and that is exactly the price they gave me - no haggling, no nitpicking. My overall experience was 5 stars.”

“Nicole and allysa were very helpful. Assisted me well with my questions and had a wonderful attitude. Jordan was also very helpful , traded in my cybertuck for an amg gle 63 coupe . wonderful transaction for both parties. Arnold and John helped me with the application to apply for the amg and did it quickly. Once again thx carmax pleasant hill for assisting me with my trade in.”
