“Best car shopping experience I’ve ever experienced! Not to mention got a truly amazing deal on the vehicle. The deal was so good I’m wondering how they even make money lol. I basically stole this car for the price I got it for. The staff is awesome! From my first inquiry about the vehicle to driving it off the lot was impeccable. Irvin and Mo helped me through the process getting me all the benefits possible and was even there after I bought the car to answer additional questions! I would recommend this to dealership to anyone!”

“This is a horrible location. I had my car for a year and got a whole year this location has been giving me the run around. Refusing to fix issues that was not listed on the car fax but wasn’t working on the vehicle even after I reported it within a month of purchase and now they are being fraudulent with their service stickers. I got my service completed last year June with 55 thousand miles. After 7 thousand im suppose to have another service. On the sticker that this location provided. It says either sep 2026 or 67 thousand miles. I have previously called to verify if the information was correct and was told yes(which was a lie). I noticed today that my car is driving funny and I’m at 64 thousand miles. Once I called the service department and allowed them to give me the information instead of providing it to them. I then realized that they put the incorrect information as well as informed me the incorrect information. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the service manager as well as the general manager. Left voicemails. Sent messages. And now the location is refusing to answer my calls. I just called on 3 different numbers and once they realize it’s me. They no longer answer the phone or even try to provide any service or any type of help. They tell you to report anything if anything happens but treat the customer like trash once trying to report a situation. This is now this 5th or 6th time I have had a horrible experience with this location and I regret ever purchasing a vehicle from here”

“Back in September 2025 I decided to get another car. I was desperate and and the advice of the salesperson I got into another car with the one I was in on my credit now as a repo. I must admit I was stupid to do that. Supposedly they don’t do the free oil changes and they wouldn’t connect me to the Hyundai Blue Link. So I had to reach out to Blue Link and inquire about the subscription. When they got back with me the representative told me that I need to send proof that I am registered to the car because they still have the name of previous owner. But it explains why the salesperson brushed me off when I inquired about it on the day I decided to get the car. One of the documents of proof that Blue Link is asking for is a copy of the bill of sale or the contract. Unfortunately I misplaced my copy. For the past two days I have been trying to call to get someone to email me a copy. I even tried calling early this morning and I still didn’t reach anyone. I texted the salesperson that i originally dealt with. He wasn’t there but he said he would get someone. That was a lie because I haven’t heard back from him. I spoke to someone this morning and he said he would get back to me. But his main objective was trying to get me into another car. I can’t go in because I had surgery. The rep that answers the phone when call seems not to care because every time I tried to explain to him he would rush me by forwarding me to the same finance manager who never answers his phone. Needless to say I’m aggravated with this dealership and the people that work here. I will NOT be going back there when I decide to trade my car in. Ind t like to feel like I’m being ignored and tha my request is mediocre. I will never recommend Rick Case Hyundai Plantation.”

“BEWARE of OSCAR PEDROZA!!! He is the type of person who gives car salesman a bad name. This guy was sent in after Bob as a closer to try to work me. He tried to trick me with lies about how leases are calculated. Had I fallen for it, that would have meant a payment $139 More per month than it should have been!! I gave several opportunities to come clean but he swore up and down that he knew what he was talking about and boasted about his sales numbers and experience, all while lying through his teeth. It took me walking away and being 5 feet away from my car before he came running after me. Typical dishonest tactics that you hear about from car salesman. Now on the other hand, Bob Boyle was a wonderful salesman. He is kind, honest, patient and mild-mannered. We ended up getting the deal done but it took way longer than it should have (hours). Thankfully, Bob was kind enough to deliver my new Ioniq 9 to my house. We love it. Additional shouts out to Bob's Sales Manager or General Manager (I don't recall his name). Mo, the Finance Manager was also a nice guy. Lastly, Rick Case Hyundai has one of the best inventories in town. It's a shame how 1 guy can sour the otherwise good experience.”
