We came in just to see the vehicle, but Rahul Takroo—our sales consultant—worked his magic! His communication skills, negotiation, and ability to clearly explain everything helped us make a decision within just 30 minutes. We had several concerns, especially about color options. I absolutely love black, while my husband usually isn’t a fan (and in 12 years, he has never said yes to a black car!). Yet somehow, Rahul convinced us both. 😊 Thanks to him, we finally brought home our long-awaited black Mercedes-Benz. A big shout-out to Rahul for his incredible support and for making us a proud part of the Mercedes-Benz family!

I do not recommend this place for service. I now have to file insurance claim through their service department for damages they caused while fixing a seatbelt retractor. The service diagnostic fees are also ridiculously overpriced and they charge a diagnostic fee for each individual problem instead of plugging computer into ecu and finding all the problems at once. Technician left oil residue from hands all over the doors, the panel inside is scratched and damaged from repair, and someone put a dent in the side door. View the photos and receipt below for your reference and evidence. I do not recommend. Also they could care less about the vehicle or customer and just move on to the next. Nobody was even at the service desk to check in, we had to walk around wait and find someone. All of this for a simple diagnostic and seat belt repair- they charged $650 in labor plus $591 for parts. I do not recommend.

I had such a great experience working with Brandon Reininger, who I’d already heard so much about in other reviews. He helped me find the perfect car for me — I actually didn’t buy a Mercedes this time, but a used Genesis GV70 with the hard-to-find beige interior. Brandon took the time to walk me through the car’s basic features and made sure I was aware of every little detail and blemish before signing the paperwork. He was straightforward, respectful of my time, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I really appreciate that he’s been with the dealership for many years — it shows. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and knows exactly who to grab from each department to get things handled quickly and efficiently. Overall, I had a genuinely pleasant experience working with Brandon. I can see why so many people recommend him, and I hope his sales continue to grow — this dealership is truly blessed to have Brandon on their team.
