They completely lied about the condition of their vehicles, especially the Tesla Model X I came to see. I was told it was in “excellent condition,” clean, and fully inspected — but when I arrived, it was a total mess. The Model X doors couldn’t even open, and the car was stuck in reverse gear. It had visible damage, interior wear, and mechanical problems that were never disclosed and made it none road worthy. Nothing matched the photos or the sales rep’s description. After spending over 9 hours of my day dealing with this nonsense, the staff still tried to make excuses and push the sale. I considered a few other vehicles and another Model X that also was not serviceable when a test drive was requested. This place is dishonest, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. If you value honesty and your time, stay far away from Auto Merchants Inc.”

“Normally I HATE car dealers and dealerships. Scam, hustles, pressure, add-ons and sitting around for HOURS waiting to sign for your new/used car. Auto Merchants is breath of fresh air! Finance application can be done online. When you show up at the dealership they photocopy your license and hand you a key to drive your desired vehicle. Zero pressure. You want the car? Great...the price is online. There's no haggling...don't try! The cars are already priced below market. Salesmen don't need to "speak with my manager to see what he can do". When I came to sign paperwork, I was literally out of there in 10 minutes! Omar and Ray were the professional salesmen that made me feel welcomed. Tommy is the finance guy with 26 years experience that set a world record in having me out in record time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
