“Bought a used car from them. Had trouble with it beginning the day after we bought it. The service department was dishonest. They did not perform the service they charged us for. The car ended up having a bad head gasket. The dealership agreed to buy the car back from us. Gave us less than 50% of what we paid for it 3 weeks earlier. Terrible experience. Makes me so sad because it was my 19 year old son’s first car buying experience. We will not be returning to York for any more purchases.”

“Great car buying experience but unstable service experience. First service advisor was terrible at getting back to me and didnt seem to give a shit... Took from March to October to get my warranty work done to the point where the warranty was up at the end of it. In the end... one of my issues with my truck couldn't be fixed because the part is no longer being manufactured so im stuck with a vehicle that has a part that will never function correctly. The service advisor that took over for the original one was way better and actually seemed to care but by that time the damage was already done. So I recommend buying a car there but you should probably go somewhere else for service”

“TRX on a cross country drive with the family. Excellent service department!! Needed some light work one of my vehicles in a rush. They squeezed me in. Every single member of their staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. They clearly care about their jobs and the business. We used the waiting area and kids room to keep the little one busy while we waited. Actually started browsing for a new purchase and the interactions with sales were helpful without any pushiness. Great experience overall! Thank you York staff! You got this place gets five ducks in the dash from us!”

He asked me could he help me and I said no I’m good right now then he started in almost says to try and convince me that I needed to help when Wood I needed. It was a minute until my partner arrived but the test was to see if you would honor my request as he did not. He then commenced to tell me I was on a car dealer. What did I expect?
