“Just bought a new vehicle at Andy Mohr Ford. I saw the vehicle online. Was contacted to come in for a test drive. I came in and I was paired with salesman Shawn Hatcher. He was phenomenal. When there was a slight issue with the vehicle I wanted to test drive(battery was dead) he did a great job of pivoting to a similar vehicle to still test out. I didn’t feel pressured or that I was being “sold”. He worked with me on a trade in of my existing car and getting a new battery in the vehicle I wanted. He was super knowledgeable on my Ford Escape and then also with other similar options on the lot that would be comparable to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He did a great job advocating for me with the sales manager to get the price point and discounts I was looking for. Then also a giant shout out to Marcie in Finance. She made the final and usually most stressful part of the process in car buying the financial section so smooth and easy. She was not pushy or anything when it came to particular options etc. She put me at ease to make the decisions I thought best fit my budget instead of pushing for extra little add ons.
