“Please don’t buy a car from any Carmax. locations.. on the pictures on the website they put down the car didn’t have any damages… The car is covered in scratch marks they covered up with touchup paint. get it from the Joliet location had it shipped?to Tinley location out the gate been having problems with it I got the car on 1-17 2026… And it’s just now 3-3 2026 and I’m having transmission issues Customer relations would not return my calls anymore after they gave me an appointment to take it back to the shop. The guy told me they will have my car eight hours so I would just will be sitting there. They didn’t offer me a loan or anything. So I told them I couldn’t sit there that long. I will find a location closer to me”

“DO NOT BUY FROM CARMAX!!!!! Their mechanics have no idea what they are looking at and will sell you a car with pad slapped rotors that are glazed and grooved and up the price way over what other dealers offer. For your own safety and sanity just buy from a proper dealership.”
