“Bought my old XT4 here back in December 2023. Although I do not have that car anymore, it was very reliable and for a good price with good mileage. Kevin was outstanding and really pulled some string for me to get my goal payment. This dealership has lifetime free oil changes as long as you still have the car you bought from the, and they also give loaner cars when needed which was a very nice perk. Only downfall is the service closes around 2:00.”

“⭐️ Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid Rohrich Cadillac I brought my 2023 Cadillac Escalade to Rohrich Cadillac to have recall work completed. Shortly after dropping it off, I received a notification that the service department had crashed the side of my vehicle. I was told not to worry because they would “complimentary fix all damages since it was their fault”—which, frankly, should be the bare minimum when a dealership damages a $100,000 luxury vehicle. The issues didn’t stop there. The rental vehicle provided had a flat tire. A manager told me he would swap it out on Saturday, but never called. Keep in mind I expressed I had just given birth to my son, and the rental they gave me didn’t fit my entire family. My husband and I drove to the dealership ourselves, only to find out that the service department is closed on weekends. The only person willing to help us was the front desk receptionist, who deserves recognition—she went above and beyond when management would not. The manager wouldn’t even get out of his chair to speak with us directly. When we finally received our Escalade back over a week later, the vehicle was returned dirty and not detailed at all. After crashing my car, the least the dealership could have done was detail the exterior so I could properly inspect the repairs and ensure all damage was addressed. That basic courtesy was not provided. What is most disappointing is the complete lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism from management. No in-person apology. No effort to make things right. No sense of ownership. This dealership partners with the Pittsburgh Steelers, and as a Steelers family ourselves, we expected a much higher standard of service. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short. If you’re bringing your vehicle in for recall work or service, do not expect above-and-beyond care—or even basic courtesy. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding Rohrich Cadillac.”
