“I have had the BEST experience with Dave Keeler in service at Rohrich Cadillac. He dug for answers for us for our escalade, and when he diagnosed the problem, he spent so much time getting everything taken care of for us. AND HE ALWAYS is so pleasant and helpful, no matter how frustrating the problem seemed to be!!
Additionally, Amy in the loaner department has always taken care of us, and always helps us get a loaner while our car is getting worked on.
Finally, the drivers that bring the loaner or your car to you could not be kinder!!
A+ service at Rohrich Cadillac service!!! Thank you all!”

“I worked in the car business for many years. Rohrich Cadillac is the best dealership in the business. Tom Rohrich, the owner is very personable, and only hires great team members. Marty Pistella is one of those great people. They recently had a used and rare manual transmission blackwing cadillac on the lot. They put it on the lot at a fair market price and unlike other dealerships that had a similar car, resisted the urge to jack up the price by 10s of thousands of dollars. Of course it went quickly, so we missed out on the car. But they had another very nice car that turned out to be even a better fit to our needs and budget. They made sure everything was like new before delivering it. We love it. If you need a car, go to Rohrich and ask for Marty Pistella. This is the second car I purchases from Marty and he is awesome!”

“In early October, I bought a car at Rohrich Cadillac. The entire process was smooth, well managed, and enjoyable. Lou was insanely helpful and made me feel at peace and also answered every question I had. I did not feel rushed at all and he gave me a thorough walk-through of my vehicle. I am very grateful that Lou was there to guide me through the process! Highly recommend him if you are in need of a car or an SUV.”

“I had a great experience at Rohrich Cadillac! The salesperson I worked with was refreshingly candid and upfront, which I really appreciated throughout the process. They were flexible with appointment times and always made sure to inform me ahead of time, which made scheduling so easy. Communication was excellent, they were quick to respond to any questions and always professional. Overall, the experience felt smooth, transparent, and customer-focused. Highly recommend!”

“Extremely Disappointed - Worst Dealership for Sales and Service
We absolutely love our CT5 Cadillac, but our experience with this dealership has been nothing short of disastrous. Just a year into owning the car, we started facing issues, and every time the service light came on, we were told to bring it in. However, after each visit, we were told that the necessary part was on backorder with no clear timeline for when it would be available. On top of that, calls to both the service and sales departments were rarely returned.
After seven trips to the dealership for issues that were either never fixed properly or outright ignored, I was finally told not to come back because I was a "problem." This is despite my husband, a former GM service manager, questioning their procedures at every step. We were lied to by both the service and sales teams. When we escalated the issue to Cadillac directly, the dealership claimed we were rude and difficult to deal with—completely false.
It's been only 2 ½ years since we purchased our car, and now, they refuse to service it or even sell us another vehicle. They’ve gone through multiple service managers and writers, indicating that they can't even keep their own employees happy. I’ve worked in customer service for over 39 years, and this is not how you treat customers. The level of unprofessionalism here is astounding.
To the dealership: Please don’t bother responding to this review, as you’ve rarely returned most of my phone calls or address my concerns. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing or servicing their Cadillac here to look elsewhere.

I wish that the problem only would’ve been back ordered parts because that would’ve been completely understandable. As you know, there was much more than that, that happened. It was the unprofessionalism of some of your staff, the not being honest and upfront about problems and not fixing my car properly the 1st time. It took them 3 times of my car being there just for an oil leak.
My car has been up there at your dealership 7 times since January. Is this normal for a new car? Then to be told by your Sales Manager/acting General Manager, Mark Rosenstein that “Cadillac has problems with ALL their vehicles, Including Escalades and that he doesn’t make the cars and parts. We just sell and fix them”.
I’m sure Cadillac wouldn’t agree with that. I think the problems with your dealership go much deeper than my car, and back ordered parts.”
