“My partner and I purchased a new Mini yesterday. As you can probably understand, we are thrilled. Having lived in NYC for many years where a car is a burden to have, it is liberating to finally own one, and to delete the Uber App. More importantly, I want to let you know how pleased we were with how well Morgan treated us from the time we stepped into his office until we drive away in the new car. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Each question we posed to him he took seriously and did his utmost to give us a clear, honest, and informative reply. There was no pressure, only the assurance that he was there to help us make the right decision. And he accomplished all of this with a witty sense of humor. I might also add that Tim was also most helpful in explaining and describing the technical features of the car. Tim was very thorough, patient,  and had a friendly and calming demeanor. He told us to reach out to him at any time if we had any questions as we acclimate ourselves to the brilliant new car. Without reservation, I would recommend Mini of Pittsburgh. They have put together an excellent team of customer service employees.”

“Evan was hands down the best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He was excellent and didn’t try to pressure anything and was super down to earth and friendly. He seems like someone anyone could be friends with. Made the experience so smooth he didn’t even feel like a “normal” car salesman. 10/10 for Evan! He didn’t rush us one bit even though we came in 45 mins before close to get my wife a mini cooper and he got us out within a respectable time. Would hands down buy another car from Evan!!!”

“Extremely Disappointed with the Mini Pittsburgh Experience I recently received a call from Mini Pittsburgh and visited the dealership to discuss a couple of options. We agreed on a car and I applied for financing. That’s when everything fell apart. They initially told me it would take just a couple of hours to get the process moving. Instead, it has now been nine days of complete frustration. They confirmed that I was approved but refused to share the actual numbers, how am I supposed to make a decision without that? The manager repeatedly promised to call back within 15 minutes, yet eight days have passed without any follow-up. Someone else called and said we’d move forward in a couple of hours - four days later, still nothing. I’ve called and texted numerous times and have records of every attempt, but there has been no reply, no notice, no respect, and no professionalism. I’ve visited other dealerships where the entire process took only a few hours. Mini Pittsburgh, on the other hand, has been the complete opposite. I expected professionalism and basic respect, but I experienced neither. A message to Mini Pittsburgh: please do not judge the book by its cover. You’ve turned what should have been an exciting experience into a major disappointment.”

“I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Mini of Pittsburgh and feel compelled to share my concerns to help other potential customers make informed decisions. On March 9, 2025, I placed an order for a Mini Cooper Oxford Edition with this dealership. I provided all requested documentation and agreed to a $20,000 down payment as part of the process. On May 14, 2025, I placed an additional order for another Mini Cooper Oxford Edition, sending multiple emails with order confirmations and booking receipts. The dealership assured me that delivery would occur in July 2025. On July 5, 2025, I contacted the dealership to check on my order status, only to be met with confusion. The staff informed me they had no record of my order and were unable to provide any details. I was told the employee I had worked with was no longer with the dealership and that all my documentation and order information were inaccessible, as they were tied to that employee. This lack of internal organization and accountability was incredibly frustrating, as I had entrusted the dealership with sensitive personal information and significant financial commitments. Due to this experience, I missed out on other vehicle purchase opportunities, as I relied on the dealership’s promise of a July 2025 delivery. Meanwhile, another Mini dealership reached out to offer transferring my order, but I had placed my trust in Mini of Pittsburgh, which I now regret. I strongly urge potential customers to carefully consider their options before engaging with this dealership. My experience highlighted significant issues with communication, record-keeping, and customer service. I hope the dealership addresses these concerns to improve their processes moving forward.”
