“Amazing service! This place is about an hour drive for me but is DEFINTELY WORTH IT!! It was my first time at this place & the customer service was amazing! From having a weird beeping sensor issue, to teaching me new features I did not my car had, & doing a detailed tire inspection! The staff here is friendly, kind, & patient. They even drove me to the mall because they knew my appointment was going to take some time - most car dealerships would make you sit and wait without updates! They were amazing 12/10! Great hospitality!”

“They’ve helped us out in tough spots. Great staff and always friendly and empathetic. Only thing I’m bummed about is the recent visit they didn’t find what was wrong. Said everything was fine, or at least it wasn’t acting up for them, but the shifting problem is still happening. I used to work in car service myself though and I know how that goes. Sometimes it just won’t happen for the tech. Different driving conditions create different outcomes for a lot of these things. Especially with how cars are nowadays. Even with that, I’d take our car nowhere else. They truly care about their customers here. We’ll be back and I know we’ll be taken care of. As always, thank you to the staff! We appreciate your efforts and kindness.”

“I just purchased my 2022 Kia Forte here, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming and professional, but Big Bruce truly went above and beyond. Earlier in my car hunt journey(three weeks of looking), I was on all types of website and looking at all types of cars and how much payments would estimate to. Not knowing, once you fill in the financing part, you'll get a automatic salesperson, which I really thought it was a robot. I wasn't thinking too much about it till I had a terrible experience with a another dealership that same week, so I had to act fast and continue to go onto the next and not let one disappointment discourage me. I called the salesman, Bruce back and told him my situation and what I wanted and the expectectations. Right off the bat, he gave me many options and asked if I could come in the next following day. This was a same-day purchase, and he made sure I had multiple great options, even giving me backups in case others didn’t work out—which was such a huge help compared to other dealerships I’ve dealt with. The first two cars he originally mentioned over the phone didn't pan out like I expected(wanted a suv but not too compact nor too big as if I have a family lol), but that was okay! He showed me three more, still within my budget and still under my expectations! He was patient, answered all my questions, and made the process feel smooth, stress-free, and exciting instead of overwhelming. His personality was very authentic and not at all like those cliche gimmicky salesperson that just wants you buy the most expensive car or lease. I truly appreciate the transparency and honesty throughout the process, which gave me confidence in my decision. I am beyond thrilled with my new Kia Forte( I know not a suv, but i came to terms that I'm more of a sedan person(last car I had was a sonata)) and cannot wait to work with him again in the future. Big Bruce absolutely deserves a promotion for the exceptional service! Same for the financial person, Eric, very patient and helpful for making me have a better deal within the bank that worked with us. If you want a dealership that truly cares about its customers and makes the experience enjoyable, this is the place to go!”
