“I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years and As a woman walking into any dealership you already feel like you’re behind the 8-ball but not here. From the moment I called til the moment I left with my “new to me” vehicle I was pleasantly surprised how well I was treated. I genuinely felt like I’ve known this guy (Patrick) my entire life. During the test drive we spoke about different things but I didn’t feel like I was test driving anything but hanging out with an old friend, that’s how comfortable I had gotten in just that short amount of time.
My boys will be here sooner than later buying their 1st cars as well.

“Every person there was fantastic. Louis salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly, Sergio got it all done, Joe the finance guy made it happen. Highly recommend this place, trustworthy and hard working. And i love my new car.”

“I really don't want to leave a bad review for Fellini. Luis and the finance guy were both great to deal with. The after-purchase has been fairly terrible though.
I was promised that the brakes and alignment on the vehicle I purchased would be taken care of. They satisfied the brakes. Alignment wasn't needed. However, When I brought the vehicle in for the service, I was very adamant that I couldn't sit there all day. They asked if I could do a couple hours and I said yes. I showed up at 10am sharp and left at 3:40pm for front only brake pads and rotors. This is, at most a 2 hour job. Since the vehicle was also sold with a headlight out, I purchased new bulbs and asked them to throw them in while they did the brakes. A simple request. Nope. They forgot to do it. Why it wasn't done in the 4 hours I was sitting there, I have no idea.
I'll have to give some thought before I purchase from Fellini again, and I will be purchasing another vehicle in the very near future.
Customer service matters. Before, during and especially after. For the record, I do enjoy the new vehicle.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with Fellini’s Auto Sales while trying to purchase a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They wasted a huge amount of my time throughout the process. Communication was terrible — they stopped answering my calls, didn’t follow up, and refused to give me clear or complete information about the vehicle or the deal.
The finance guy, Joe, was especially unprofessional. He was vague, unhelpful, and made the entire process far more frustrating than it needed to be. Instead of giving straightforward answers, he avoided simple questions and created even more confusion.
I do want to highlight that the sales representative, Louis, was very kind and genuinely tried everything he could to help me. He did his best to make the process smooth, but even his effort couldn’t make up for the poor communication and unprofessional behavior coming from the finance side.
I eventually gave up because it was clear they weren’t taking me seriously as a buyer.
I would not recommend Fellini’s Auto Sales to anyone looking for a respectful, transparent, and straightforward car-buying experience.”

“Wanted to give a shout out to Patrick and Joe at Fellini Auto Sales in PA. My son and I were invited to test drive any vehicle they had and were even told about a 5 mile gold loop to do the testing. Patrick was professional, personable and knowledgeable.
We looked at two other lots and they were total duds. We returned to Fellini and picked out what car we would buy and Joe worked with us to make a good plan. He was up on all the latest info about buying a car, and got the financing like a champ, and he even has a sense of humor.
