From the moment I walked in, it felt like a calm space. I met with Ron my first day when I was simply browsing my end of lease options. I was weighing the pros and cons of leasing new or buying used since my family was expanding. Ron was very transparent and honest when I asked his opinion, and I felt he really understood my situation and thought thoroughly as to what my best option would be. A few days later, when I returned to test drive a few vehicles, Katie was extremely helpful and engaging in the test drive. With us both being parents, she was well aware what vehicle features I would utilize more than others. When it came time for paperwork, Katie was great and patient working with me. She was very organized and efficient. She showed me the ins and outs of the Kia app, helped me submit my credit application, and reassured me that if there was anything I would need or a if I had a question, she was a call or text away. All in all, I felt so welcomed and heard. It was the best car buying/leasing experience.”
