āI brought my vehicle in for a scheduled appointment to have the check engine light diagnosed. The person at the service desk mentioned it could be a spark plug issue but said Iād need to leave the vehicle overnight.
After 24 hours, I hadnāt heard a single update. I called to check in, and the person who could help was at lunch. When he finally returned my call, he said the technician working on my truck was also at lunch and that Iād get an update in about an hour. Over an hour and a half later, I received a text saying the technician still hadnāt gotten to my vehicle and they wanted to keep it another night to look at it āfirst thing in the morning.ā
The next day around 11 a.m., I called again and was told nothing had been done. I told them not to do anything further and that Iād be there at 1 p.m. to pick up my truck. When I arrived at 12:40, my truck wasnāt even there it was out on a ātest drive.ā Twenty minutes later, they finally brought it back.
The staffās attitude was completely nonchalant, as if it didnāt matter that they had my vehicle for almost three days and did absolutely nothing. On top of that, I had clearly told them at 11 a.m. not to start any work, yet they were out driving my truck when I arrived. Completely unprofessional. Itās clear they couldnāt care less about customer service or respecting peopleās time. This was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here for service.ā

āFirst time buying a Chevrolet and would recommend this dealership. They were very professional, excellent customer service,and easy to work with obtaining a loan on the vehicle I wanted.
I searched online beforehand on their website and what they had advertised was what they had in stock and with the same pricing.
I am very happy with the customer service I received from Clarence and I believe David who finalized the paperwork.
Thank you for making my car purchase easier then what I have had to deal with at other dealerships.
