“I recently purchased a 2023 Hyundai Palisade from this dealership. The sales process itself was smooth, and the vehicle condition met expectations. However, I encountered concerns during the finance and post-sale process. At signing, I informed the dealership that I had pre-approved financing through my credit union. Despite this, multiple credit inquiries were run after being told they only needed to “check with” my lender. Additionally, during the finance process, an NSD Complete Titanium service contract was added and financed into the loan. I later realized I was not provided the full service contract including cancellation terms — only a coverage summary. After signing, I made several attempts to cancel the optional warranty within days of purchase. I was asked to return multiple times due to the finance manager being unavailable. The cancellation process should not require repeated in-person visits. The finance manager eventually responded and stated the cancellation would be handled, but the delay and lack of documentation created unnecessary stress. I recommend that future customers: • Carefully review all finance products before signing • Ask for full copies of any service contracts • Confirm cancellation procedures in writing I hope the dealership improves transparency and responsiveness in the finance process.”

“We had a good car buying experience here. We were referred via the Costco auto program and met with Eric who is knowledgeable and professional. There were no games, they lightly negotiated for my used car, and we eventually landed at a reasonable offer. The only unexpected moment occurred when they insisted on checking my credit despite my not needing financing in order to accept a personal check. Ok, whatever. It wasn’t enough to kill the deal but they could have advised me before we were waist deep in the transaction. All in all an easy process although the paperwork/car trade in process took a long time.”
