“Highly recommend working with Juy Smith!! One of the best sales guys I’ve come across in the car world. I pulled up to Subaru South Charlotte Wednesday around 2pm unannounced. Juy was outside & asked how he could help me. I said I was just in the neighborhood & would like to check out/test drive a car, but was okay coming back if I needed to schedule an appointment. He asked what I was looking for and pulled out an Ascent that happened to be my favorite color the Ascent is offered in. During the test drive, Juy was friendly and answered any questions I had. If there was something he wasn’t 100% about, he was honest & quickly found the answer. The sales manager Tony came out to introduce himself as well & they provided me with some very nice looking lease and auto loan options for the car I was interested in (much lower payments than expected) and even found the color combo I wanted from another dealer to order for me (black interior). I came back the next day and had decided I wanted to test drive an Outback as well, since I don’t have a solid reason for needing a 3rd row (no kids). The Outback I drove was a 2026 XT Limited, which is the faster model. Based on the extra speed, I was sold. They didn’t have the unique color I was looking for, and worked quickly to obtain the only one in the area from a neighbor dealer, so that it would be there in time for my husband & I to come sign & purchase the car first thing Saturday morning. Juy even made sure all of the documents were ready for us to sign when we got there. The finance manager Fauzi was great too! Very efficient, while having a great attention to detail. He got us in & out so that we could enjoy the rest of our weekend :) With Juy’s attention to detail, easy going personality & making sure that I got exactly what you want/love, I couldn’t ask for a better person to work with when purchasing a car.”
