“I traded in my car to this dealership on September 11th. I was still making payments until October 10th. However, the finance department mishandled my paperwork, leaving me with a problem. I called the finance department multiple times, only to be told they would call me back, which never happened. A whole month later, I had to leave work to visit the dealership again. They finally informed me that they could print the check and personally take it to the bank. I felt like they should have done that in the first place, instead of waiting until I returned to the dealership, which was a significant inconvenience. They also lied to me, claiming that my property tax and tags would be included in the total price. When I went to get my tags, they handed me a paper stating that I needed to pay $450 for them, which I didn’t remember being told was included. It’s clear that they will do and say whatever it takes to get your money. They also didn’t get the payoff from the 11th of September like they were supposed to. They got the payoff for oct witch I had made two more car payments for a car that I no longer had.”
