“I normally never write a review but when I get outstanding customer service I think something should be said about it. First and foremost the boutique was amazing. The manager helping me, Mr. Jay Cummings really went above and beyond. Treated me with the upmost respect and he really had great knowledge of all things car related. He was super professional and just overall very kind and that’s hard to find nowadays. It was just and great experience and from now on I will always come to Cadillac of South Charlotte and recommend to everyone I know.”

“I brought my brand-new Cadillac Escalade Platinum to this dealership for its first oil change. Before handing over the vehicle, I specifically asked the service department to be very careful with the interior, as the car has a light-colored interior and is only a few months old. I was assured this would not be an issue and that they take extra care with vehicles like mine. I also placed protective liners over the floor mats specifically for this purpose.
Unfortunately, when I arrived at my destination later that day, I noticed multiple marks throughout the interior that were not there before my service appointment. I had been in a rush when picking up the vehicle and didn’t have the opportunity to inspect it thoroughly on-site, but I immediately documented the condition with photos once I saw the damage.
This was extremely disappointing, especially given the assurances I received and the fact that this was a simple first oil change on a luxury vehicle. Attention to detail and care should be a given, particularly at a Cadillac dealership. Based on this experience, I am hesitant to return.”

“I went to Cadillac of South Charlotte after almost being humiliated at the Cadillac dealership in Concord. I had previously purchased 6 cars from them and their Chevy dealership in the past. That meant nothing! They offered me a low-ball price on my trade and would not come off their offer. I called a few other dealers afterward. I then I had such a great experience at Cadillac of South Charlotte! Everyone was so very nice and welcoming! I was first greeted by the receptionist and how sweet she was! I was then introduced to the sales manager. He in turn introduced me to Ingrid my my customer/sales representative. What a pleasant young lady! Very knowledgeable and informative. She showed me several vehicles that I was interested in. We test drove them and they then gave me a value on my trade. They gave me a very fair trade I feel. Ingrid showed me all the features of the car and made sure I was comfortable with them before leaving. An overall great feeling of knowing they really care.”
