“Purchased a Ford Edge from this dealer. The salesman Max was right outside and greeted me as soon as I stepped out of car. Being from out of state down here on vacation I was worried about treatment, max treated me like a local. Finance guy (forgot name) was a great help as we were paying with ACH and had issues with third party. Overall very happy with the deal and very satisfied. Definitely would come back to this dealer.”

“I came in for a 65k recommended maintenance that included a full oil change, filter, tire rotation, plus a multiple point inspection.
From dropping off my car and waiting in the service reception area, was really impressed by how quick it all went. Being there was a line of cars ahead of me, still my time even on a Friday afternoon to evening was really quick. From explaining what all was part of the service I had already booked online to what they would check and keep me updated. From the start of servicing the car, with updates being provided via photo and video of the items being looked at. To ensure that what was being advised might need attention or what passed with no issues, back story I just got the car in April from Enterprise Car Sales and only had to add air to the tires recently was all. Everything came back in the green that was of major worry if your a car owner so that put me at ease, no big or costly repairs is a true dream in this day especially.
The recommended additional services I already was planning to have done so now knowing that I was right and what it cost going forward for these puts me at ease as well, not major issues at all but simple things to do that even if I wanted to I could do on my own if I had the time.
DayDay I worked with and was super professional and had a great attitude to boost as well. Truly was glad I came in and got this all done.
Top tier service, nothing was upfront pushed or high sales pitch at all, true respect for your time and budget honestly.
Highly recommend this location.”

I really appreciated how fair the offer was on my trade-in and the new car purchase and the great deal they were able to make. It’s rare to find a dealership that combines great customer service with genuine integrity, but Drake and Julio made it happen. “If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Absolutely impeccable customer service!!
Long story short I bought a Suburu WRX from Miway Nissan, a week into owning it the engine began ticking and got a CEL. I brought it in and they took care of everything for me.
They even got me a courtesy rental! Something that would have left me thousands in the hole not even mentioning the repairs!
They replaced the engine and my clutch and left the car brand new at no extra cost to me!! Seriously most dealerships would leave you out to dry but not Midway Nissan! That’s really going above and beyond and really shows their commitment to customer satisfaction and most of all, it shows integrity.
I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Midway Nissan. 🙏”
