“This was the first time I took my car there. I called to make an appointment and Eric, the service advisor, said he could take it in as soon as I could bring it in. He told me that it would take about 2-3 hours. He called a car to take me home. They found a couple of extra things that needed to be fixed and notified me. I approved the additional repairs. Everything was completed on time. He had the car washed. Then sent a car for me. It was a great experience. My time was not waste and everything was completed in a timely fashion. Prices were reasonable. I will be having work on my car done at Midway Nissan from now on.”

Long story short I bought a Suburu WRX from Miway Nissan, a week into owning it the engine began ticking and got a CEL. I brought it in and they took care of everything for me. They even got me a courtesy rental! Something that would have left me thousands in the hole not even mentioning the repairs! They replaced the engine and my clutch and left the car brand new at no extra cost to me!! Seriously most dealerships would leave you out to dry but not Midway Nissan!
