“Brought in my Kia for service and was so impressed by the service there! The service technician, Noel, was so incredibly friendly and helpful. My car had an OEM part issue with the horn. I went on a busier day and they actually didn't even make me wait in the dealership that long. The dealership waiting area is incredibly nice with a soda fountain and coffee machine. The waiting area has nice chairs and tables and the WiFi was good so it was an easy place to work from. It honestly feels like a nice coffee shop the new building is amazing! They even paid to Uber me home and then back to the dealership again after the car had been inspected since it was a longer wait. My service need ended up being a part they had to order in so they arranged a ride to and from Enterprise for me and got me a rental car. So impressed by the service! I was kept informed about my car status continually throughout the process and the part came and my car was fixed exactly around the estimated time. I picked it up and dropped off the rental without any issues. Throughout the entire time of service I received the car inspection but I never once was pressured into performing any further service on my car. They informed me of recommendations via text and video but never once pressured me into performing any further service. They simply fixed what I needed and sent me on my way. Will definitely come back here again for all future service needs and would highly recommend this dealership. All the service technicians are amazing and friendly, you can tell the operations run smoothly here, the dealership waiting area is great, and the overall experience was exactly how a service department should be operated. 10/10!”

“I enjoyed my experience here at Kia! The salesman and the man who helped us finalize the purchase were extremely helpful and considerate, and they took their time to help us stay within our budget but to also find what we were looking for. The process wasn’t difficult and they answered our questions, and worked with what we currently were able to give for a down payment. The car is amazing, clean, and in good shape when we purchased it, plus they have awesome coverage for the vehicles if you’re looking to finance. I would recommend coming here!”

“Brought in our daughters Kia in for service, Hector in service is incredibly good, warm friendly greeting, polite, respectful, honest and has integrity. This is the type of service that makes you feel comfortable and valued.
While waiting we spoke to the receptionist named Mary, what a wonderful person, she was so nice, she is very professional She was always checking on the supplies of their soda, machines, their coffee, machines, popcorn, answering the telephone helping greet customers as they entered the sales floor. Another person that exemplifies the great Ken Garff experience.
I would definitely recommend Ken garff Kia on Bell Road in Phoenix, Arizona to everyone. Phenomenal experience start to finish!”

“At the end of last month, I picked up my truck after being told it would be ready in about an hour. Instead, I left with multiple unresolved issues and even more problems than I came in with.
While driving home, a device fell out of my OBD port — a tracker I was never told about — and swung around for 40 minutes on the highway. Later, I found the old, dirty air filter left loose in my engine bay.
I was promised an oil change and a full tank but left with under 30% oil life and half a tank. The next week, I had to drive 40 minutes each way several times to get more issues fixed, only to discover the passenger fog light harness had been cut — something they should’ve caught before selling the truck. I sat at the dealership for 5+ hours to get that situation fixed and I understand that they had to locate the part, but no communication.
I was told by Angel Delgado I’d receive a Visa gift card for my time and trouble. Never happened. There are still other problems with my truck, but I haven’t bothered going back because of how I’ve been treated.
Poor communication, broken promises, and sloppy work from start to finish. I’ve completely lost trust in this dealership.
It’s been almost three months and I still haven’t heard anything or been contacted. Not surprising at this point.”
