“Great customer service here @ Camelback Ford. Our sales guy Josh went above and beyond to gain our business, very impressed with his professionalism and desire to help us get to the price we needed. Josh took it as far as he could and handed the baton to Alec, which is the sales manager I believe and again Alec sealed the deal.. great group of guys. I would definitely recommend their services..”

“I have never written a review before, but this dealership absolutely deserves one.
I dropped off my 2023 Mustang on Thursday for a warranty issue. It is now Tuesday, and they have not even looked at the car. Not diagnosed. Not tested. Not touched.
I called four times between Saturday and Tuesday. Every single time I was told “someone is looking at it and will call you right back.” They never called back. Not once. That’s not a mistake that’s a pattern of lying to customers.
On Monday, I physically went into the dealership because phone calls were clearly useless. I was told they would replace the EVAP purge valve and run an EVAP test. As of today, the car still hasn’t moved. Zero work done.
Meanwhile, I’ve spent more money on a rental car in six days than it would have cost to take this vehicle to a competent independent shop and fix the problem outright. The only difference? I made the mistake of trusting a Ford warranty.
They are happy to sell you a warranty for $3k, $5k, or $10k, but once your car is in their possession, there is zero urgency, zero communication, and zero accountability. It genuinely feels like they think that because the repair is under warranty, your time doesn’t matter.
For anyone reading this: you can cancel your Ford warranty at any time and get your money back. I will be canceling mine immediately. This level of service is pathetic, and the way customers are treated is unacceptable.
Avoid this service department unless you enjoy being ignored, lied to, and paying out of pocket for rentals while your car sits untouched.”

“All I can say not a good experience. salesman pushing to much to make sale or at least that is what I thought. when I was trying to look at vehicle he keep saying let's go inside lobby and do paperwork. also notice headlights two different colors so I wanted the lights replace same color. while the suv was running one of the bulbs went out. And last I noticed on the suv was the front shocks leaking. Manager said my master ASE tech look at it and pass the 120 point inspection or else we wouldn't have it in the lot. please let me know what you guys think of the front shocks are they leaking or not? Am I wrong? Just wanna say ase don't mean anything, anyone can pass a test the question is are they able to do the job the right way. One last thing, before having a sales person on the floor make sure he knows what's going on with the paperwork or have him ask questions to someone that knows. I ask my sales person what is the 800 $ for and he said is for added accessories like window tint etc (when the suv didn't have front tint). So I ask the Finance person what are the 800 for he said that is not for added accessories , i told him I know that's what your sales person told me the 800 was for.”

“Farrah is the BEST sales person I’ve ever met! She made the whole experience warm, relaxed and she has an amazing personality! Not your average sales person/tactics, she’s relatable, realistic, and hilariously charming. We went there to get my daughter her first car and the whole experience from stepping onto the lot to leaving was one we won’t ever forget! Just because of Farrah, we will be going back to her for our next car and will send our loved ones her way. I hope (and actually know) she goes a long way with much success. Ford has a true diamond of a personality . I can’t stress enough, ASK FOR Farrah!!! You can thank me later! :)”

“We recommend anyone looking for a new Ford to see Anthony at camelback ford! He was knowledgeable without being pushy and answered any and all questions we had about the bronco raptor. The entire team was very courteous from sales to finance and in between. We have been to other ford dealers and I can tell you from experience that camelback is the place to go. Thank you Camelback Ford for making our purchase easy and effortless!”
